A leaked U.S. Army document prepared for the Department of Defense contains shocking plans for “political activists” to be pacified by “PSYOP officers” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.
The document, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF) was originally released on a restricted basis to the DoD in February 2010, but has now been leaked online.
The manual outlines policies for processing detainees into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. International agencies like the UN and the Red Cross are named as partners in addition to domestic federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.
The document makes it clear that the policies apply “within U.S. territory” and involve, “DOD support to U.S. civil authorities for domestic emergencies, and for designated law enforcement and other activities,” including “man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.”

I could see how well that would actually go considering you are

supposed to support the very entities who are putting you in a camp,

which make it almost laughable. If these camps were put into effect

by the Government, then I think they would scrutinized very heavily

by the public and become a political nightmare for any party

supporting them. In order to make the camps politically, or socially

acceptable you would have to change the Psyche of America

by some event that event that makes 9/11 look like a day at the

park, which could put people in a state of severe fear to where they

supported these camps. As of today I believe we are no where near

that step, and it would take a major shift in the opposite direction we

are headed know to get there.

You mean like an internal nuclear terrorist attack, food shortages, hyperinflation, mass poverty, superbug outbreak, the wiping out of the middle class, and a sadistic police state with a superiority complex (which is really an inferiority complex) ?

And if that doesn't change their psyche, we still haven't factored in the long term war of attrition of the next generation growing up eating GMO, foods, 60+ debilitating toxic vaccines, removing physical fitness curriculums from the "education system", combined with all that poverty, and food shortages. The net has been cast, George Washington's prophecy come to fruition...

Compare today with pre 2001... I'd give it 5-10 years at the extreme outside and that is being overly conservative given the rate of de-evolvement I am looking at...
