I would have like to have created a first thread about a gentle and peaceful topic but unfortunately I am fully engaged in one aspect of my life purpose.

I am a Teacher in Australia and made two Mandatory Reports in 2011 and have had my life destroyed. I put the Children first and obeyed the law and adhered to my professional training.

I am currently engaged in legal battles and it was suggested to me that I share my journey via the worldwideweb - so here I am. I know Project Avalon has a membership of people who will no doubt send me positive thoughts and prayers and stand with me - as I fight what could only be described as evil.

Who knew that protecting Children from abuse (particularly sexual) would require me to have my life destroyed on every level and to have to fight to have the evidence properly and thoroughly investigated. However I know that all the awakened and aware will know my story as soon as they read and view.

I won't waffle on -please know that you can view my two short youtube videos. The first is to alert people to the fact I made it to Federal Court - on my own and unrepresented the second is an update. Recently the first draft of my book/recount was uploaded to the web - it has been cleaned of all identities but you can still realise the enormity of my battle. The book is most certainly a first draft as I have complete chapters to add - when they have been written.

It feels good to know there are others who will stand in front of the Children in order to care for them. I recently met a woman who has fought for 9 and a half years to have a paedophile ring investigated - she finally succeeded. I stand in her shadow as she is also a survivor of abuse herself. What a different world it would be if everyone stood up for abused Children. I have learned along the way, with regard to my current journey, that people are genuine in their concern for Children but don't know how to handle the issue of child abuse. As a Teacher I know that part of my journey will be educating people and encouraging them to be strong and of course being awake and aware helps.

today at work I found a two yr old girl on the other side of our community, no parent around, no one, she was all alone, it was the third time today we called security about this girl, I work in the hood at a very rough apartment complex always in the news, she goes home and the mother sends her right back out ... I walked over to her front door to smack the mother silly, caught myself and went for a walk, I need my job, it won't change her, the girl is trapped by the system with dead beat parents .hang in there...the world has some evil people, your feeling just how evil they are, and the beast that protects them ...

I salute you for your exemplary courage, perseverance, compassion and integrity..

you are a beacon for so many of us in Australia that are so anaesthetised in our comfortable lives that we only ooh and aaah at all forms of injustice/and worse condemn others (such as the boat people) to great suffering due to the fear of lack if the status-quo is diluted. Keeping the blinkers on and our indefensible ignorance in the comfort zone of denial.. is endemic. Having decided to go viral on the internet with your experience, then the hope would be of course that it would then spill out and get taken up by mainstream media.

If you are prepared for such an onslaught.. 'go for it', but make sure you have in place personal supports and may I suggest a private place of retreat to go to when/if it becomes overwhelming; also get a 2nd mobile phone to use for contacts re the trial and all others regarding the situation. Remember you are no good for your cause and all in it.. unless you are looking after number 1. (yourself) first.

ghostrider - you have a conscience and that makes you stand apart from others. As a former operational NSW Police officer I know too well the abject poverty - all poverty not just physical needs - that some Children live in and that only some survive. I would encourage you to do what you can for the Child - if it means calling the Police ten times every day - maybe one of the police officers will make a report and the Child will be removed and placed with a foster family. It is hard to know what to do sometimes as we live in the most exciting time of transition but that also means we are in the most tenuous and testing of times. I speak of our entire history both hidden and known.

I encourage you to do what you can for the Child - right now you may be the only human being on the planet who can see her plight. Annoy the authorities with phone calls if that is all you can do - if the worst happens and she dies at least your conscience will be clear. All I am doing is trying. I will stay until I win and I feel stronger already having joined this site.

recap1 - already there but thank you for your heartfelt advice. I have taken measures to keep myself safe and apart from some correspondence that I really need to attend to I ma currently focussed on my health. Luckily I have an amazing general physician and he schedules regular visits for me every 4 - 6 weeks. He is the only professional I have had on my journey and I have had one friend and work colleague - who I refer to as the Seraphim sent to keep me safe. I may need to take you up on your offer of a retreat. I have friends who are four hours away and I ma wondering if you are closer. I do need what you are offering - with no family I rely on like minded people who can extend their kindness to me.

To everyone who is following my journey - thank you. This Thursday 19th December 2013 I will reach my first of three legal arenas. My first destination is my WorkCover Hearing which is my battle to get justice for what was done to me in my workplace immediately after I made a Mandatory Report - which is the reporting of any information relevant to Child Abuse and as a Teacher I am bound by the law to act. My life on every level was destroyed - by people who purport to be Christians!!!!

To everyone who has sent me positive thoughts, prayers and meditations and kind words of support - thank you for standing with me. I have kept every document and have documents entrusted to people who live in different countries around the world so that in the event anything happens to me and I am unable to get the truth to you - other people will get the truth to you. I have not only been a victim of the very system that pretends to protect Children - I have worked out how the system is being circumvented and know how people in positions of authority are permitting paedophiles and predators to escape being brought to justice for their repugnant actions. I know their secrets and I intend to win all three legal battles and change laws as I move through the legal arenas.

The Children of our global society deserve so much more and they deserve to live their childhoods free from paedophiles, predators and sickening abuse. I have battled for three years - my spirit was broken awhile ago but I am back and unafraid and ready for whatever is ahead.

For those of you who are following my journey and those who've just joined in - I attended a WorkCover Hearing/Conciliation on Thursday 19th December 2013. I consider what transpired as a win. Here are the highlights.

1. The Arbitrator had to maintain strict legal boundaries (even though an inaccurate section was applied to my matter) and the most compensation I could receive would be $13,000 - this is for destroying my life on every level immediately after I made a Mandatory Report in 2011. I stated that was an insult.

2. The barrister of 27 years of legal practice was visibly rattled when I mentioned the Federal Human Rights Court Interlocutory Hearing. All she was concerned with was, "What's the remedy?" Which is legal meta-language for how much money to make this go away? I replied with - "I am setting a precedent so I can change laws. I asked her whether she wanted to read my Statement of Claim which is the basis for my Federal Human Rights Court matter and she replied in the affirmative.She was pulling the sheets out of the plastic covers searching for something. I responded at one stage with this; "Some things in life are about ethics and conscience - not everything is about money ?" Remember readers my journey is about being a voice for Child Abuse victims and survivors.

3. I quoted a section of the Legal Profession Act 2004 to the female barrister - Section 730A Duty to report suspected offences - she responded like a bullet out of a gun with - "I am not applying that." or words very similar. So I made some notes and while everyone waited for me to complete my notes I looked up and stated I would be relaying her denial of the law to the current Royal Commission. Remember it is a criminal offence to not protect my identity as a Mandatory Reporter.

4. The entire session was recorded and at no time was I informed that the session was confidential thus I share information freely.

5. The outcome of the day - I have withdrawn my matter and can return to it at anytime and re-commence proceedings - however - I elected to transfer my matter to the Fraud Investigation Branch for a full investigation. As I have commenced communications with the Legal Services Commissioner I relayed the barristers denial of the [I]Legal Profession Act 2004[I] Section 730A Duty to report suspected offences and requested it be added to my current complaint.

NB: At one stage I offered, during an attempt at negotiating a one off lump sum compensation payment for pain and suffering and the three years of my life that have been taken from me that I will never get back, that I would not complete my book/recount for sharing with the public and would only use it to relay information to the current Royal Commission. No attempt was made to negotiate a one off lump sum compensation payment in private - which does happen and is perfectly legal. Hmmmm...stay tuned.

An important update for all the people following my journey and supporting me.I had an appointment with my doctor a few days ago and conveyed to him recent developments in my journey. Please know that as private appointments with my doctor are confidential I do share information with him that I cannot - as yet - share on the worldwideweb. Keeping that thought in mind - today my doctor broached the subject of should anything happen to me....

I looked him in the eyes and declared on the lives of his Children that I am passionate about completing my current journey and have plans for what I would like to do once I have finished my current journey. In short I stated that - my car crashed into a tree - rope around my neck - slit wrists - pills - et cetera it would be no accident - I declared I would not do anything to harm myself. So I thought I would put it in writing for all to see.

Also a note to all those people - in most of the Australian states and on a variety of continents around the globe - who are holding documents in trust for me. There is a person who has been tasked with contacting you in the event I am unable to upload to the web or publish my documents. Please know that you will be contacted and informed - should I for any reason be unable to upload and/or publish my documents.

I am not afraid and work on the theory that when you are prepared - it does not happen. I will have some information to share soon. I note that another paedophile has been brought before the courts in Australia - several counts with several Children at several locations - that will be difficult to beat.

Quick update for the people following my Child Abuse Whistleblower journey. Just received correspondence from the Federal Circuit Court of Human Rights. The Interlocutory Hearing location has been changed.

The matter is based on Human Rights and is now in the Family Court. I am not fazed but a little perplexed. My understanding of courts are they list matters well in advance and take the time needed into account. Rarely do matters exceed the reserved time limit and when they do it is usually from unforeseen events.

As an active student of all subjects Exopolitical and being in the awakened state I know there is no such thing as co-incidence. To the change of court location all I will say is hmmm....

It has been suggested to me that the change is to prevent the public from attending - as that is usually the procedure in the Family Court - whereas Human Rights are a matter for the public unless ordered otherwise by the presiding Judge.

The correspondence I received does not mention anything about the court being closed to the public but I will make enquiries.

The new location for those who may be able to attend in person or send meditations, prayers and positive thoughts is; Family Court Lionel Bowen Building Court 3C 97-99 Goulburn Street Sydney. NSW. Australia. Dates are the same 20th & 21st March 2014 at 10.15 am.

Update for those who are following my journey. I received an email yesterday with a letter attached. This is not the usual method of communication from professional agencies. The letter is dated the day it is sent by email - thus a sense of urgency. The letter is from the legal office - Catholic Church - of the other side of my Federal Court matter.

Now factor in that I have been pushing to have the Legal Services Commissioner address certain information - for some months. I had only in recent days sent the last 'push' as it were in the form of a registered letter. The letter from the legal office of the other side of my Federal Court matter were informing me that the solicitor - with carriage of their side of my Federal Court matter - is no longer in their employ.

Scant details I know however I am erring on the side of caution with regard to legal boundaries. It appears that the other side - only one week away from my Federal Court matter - have suffered a setback.

Quick update for those following my journey. The change of court location is still a bit of a mystery as I am yet to receive a response from the court administration office. I was checking my paperwork this morning and decided to check the Family Court location via google maps. I discovered that the Family Court of Australia is located opposite the Museum of Freemasonry. I know this will not be a surprise for those who have been down the cabal/illuminati/whatever rabbit hole. How about that?

Update for those still with this journey. Will share the most recent correspondence with the legal office of the other side when I return from the Australian Federal Circuit Court of Human Rights Interlocutory Hearing. I will also share my repsonses.

The reason I can only update briefly is that I have been contacted by a further Child Abuse Whistleblower who has in turn provided additional names and I have spent time contacting them today. There is also information given to me only two days ago about a possible four local Teachers with relevant Child Abuse Whistleblower evidence.

Started with myself and met one other then two more joined plus I have a hostile witness locally. Then I am connected to an International Child Abuse Whistleblower and another Australian Whistleblower contacts me. This morning yet another Australian person who provides three additional names. Seven of these are confirmed as having and/or wanting to share information and evidence with me. Who knew....

Thank you for all your support I could not have made this journey without you. A friend is loaning me a laptop so I can provide updates via the worldwideweb while I am in Sydney. Let's see what the power of positive thinking can do in particular when it is supported by undeniable faith. The Children are heroes.

Please take a few minutes to read this thread if you possibly can, Amanda's cause is an incredible quest for justice on behalf of the children who's voice is hardly ever heard, the phenomena of tender souls who's suffering abuse is an on-going occurance in our world and is unfortunately prevailing more and more, but fortunately, things are starting to come out due to the perseverance, determination and extreme compassion of such souls such as Amanda's so that there will be no way left to ignore them :tape:, no one's distress is worthy of being ignored.

We are aware that the wheels of justice are slowly grinding if at all these days. The children on this planet, Our children are the MOST important thing and are dearest to our hearts, and we want to do what we can to protect them. Some way-showers are actually rising to do this. There are very few who are willing to walk this path and take this journey upon themselves, knowing that the difficulties stacked infront of them are not simple at all... it is in the bravery of such souls that we are able to find comfort and strength and we might want to give them back our energetic help, our prayers and support ~

Please let's see if we can help Amanda with the court hearing tomorrow and the day after that - 20-21 march 2014 10:15, for what she is doing is beyond words and her path represents what we all believe in on Avalon and for the sake of those young ones she is so decisively defending. It is the ultimate mirror of society the way it behaves towards it's children.

:A beautiful and kind hearted friend loaned me laptop and so I am able to provide a brief update. Have made it through the first day - it was hard work! I knew that as I was unrepresented the Judge could have thrown me out - no matter how well presented the information and evidence.

Basically the other side have aimed for my achilles heel - my lack of understanding of legal procedure. By the grace of God I have an amazing friend who got a barrister on the phone to advise me - once certain things were explained I headed back into the Court after an adjournment and fought to get to the next day.

At this point I am fighting to prevent a dismissal - the other side - Trustees for the Roman Catholic Church want to get me out of the courtroom. That is what was fought all day. I am still standing.

I have much work to do - I don't imagine I will sleep tonight but that's okay. Thank you for your continuing trust. I will provide a full update when I return home.

A quick update. The catholic church attended court with their money and their might and tried to run me over with a steamroller - they did not and could not. The Judge has adjourned and reserved his decision. He will notify of his decision in writing. At this juncture - this is a win!

Here is an update with some details relating to my court attendance on 20th & 21st March 2014 at the Australian Federal Circuit Court of Human Rights.

I relayed all my prepared notes and the trustees for the catholic church attacked my achilles heel, my lack of knowledge regarding legal procedure, Their entire arguement was based on my matter having "no reasonable prospects for success" this is argued on points of law not merely in a literal or moral/ethic respect.

The Judge knows most of what I had but when I tried to fill in the "omissions" that would have completed the scenario, the other side objected. - I was then on notice and could not mention certain facts or I would have been in contempt of court. I fought - I did not just stand idle! (grinning)

The objection and me being put on notice came immediately after I mentioned the word paedophile in a particular sentence. I told the Judge I understood the situation and was aware of what I could now mention and what I could not mention. I told the Judge I would now scan my notes before I read them out aloud - and - proceed slowly and carefully. I then - using my pen as a pointer - scanned very carefully about four A4 pages of notes and one by one, indicated for the attention of the court - that I could not mention any of those notes/facts.

I mentioned to the Judge that I now have 8 confirmed (on arriving home 9) confirmed Child Abuse Whistleblowers. These are people who have shared information and evidence with me - who have experienced the almost identical destruction of their lives - immediately after reporting Child Abuse - the same as myself. So similar are the circumstances that it is uncanny - I relayed to the Judge.

In the 24 hours before I got on the plane to attend Federal Court - I had another four names given to me and a further group of local teachers - all of whom I have yet to communicate. I stated to the Judge that the Child Abuse Whistleblowers would in all probability grow in numbers rather than stop or decrease. I also stated that I want to utilise the Court to explore and test my evidence but my only other option - given I am without finances - is to upload all my information and evidence to the worldwideweb.

After I mentioned the upload of all my documents to the worldwideweb - the other side stated to the court that "if" that happened (including the transcript of the 20th & 21st March 2014) - "they would refute that."

People - by refuting - it would bring us back to court - I am starting to feel as though all roads lead to me at this point in time!!

My personal thoughts are; Why can't we just explore the evidence and deal with this for the sake of the Children!!

I have much much more to share. Perhaps I can field questions - I am willing to answer any questions to help everyone understand what I did and and what we achieved by fighting for two days at a Federal Court level.

This is an update due to people asking me about the progress of the Federal Human Rights Court matter. The Judge has can take up to three months - that's a standard measure of time utilised by Judges where they are unable to determine a decision on the spot. A friend stated to me that no news is good news and that the longer it takes the better it looks in our favour.

In Australia at around the time I was attending Federal Court this happened; Hey Dad! star Robert Hughes gets first taste of prison. "...that he abused five girls aged between six and 15 in the 1980's and 90's. Hughes was arrested and granted bail in London in August 2012, following a two-year international investigation. He was then extradited. Hughes' celebrity agent wife Robyn Gardiner, whose clients include Cate Blanchett, gave evidence at her husband's trial but had no reaction when the guilty verdicts were handed down yesterday."

I also noticed that Bryan Singer of XMen fame has been accused in a federal lawsuit - of underage sexual abuse. In Australian recently; NSW Police Officer charged with child rape. This is a male NSW Police officer from the Goulburn area in NSW. Goulburn is the location for the Police Academy for NSW training. He is a Senior Constable but I imagine he will now be a former Police officer. He was also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm but the article did not mention whether that charge was preferred for another person or the child who is under the age of ten. He was charged on April 17th 2014 and is due to appear in Goulburn Court on June 19th 2014.

Can anyone spot the common factor in all these Child Abuse articles? At least the truth is fizzing up to the surface - many more to be charged and convicted before the Children on this planet can feel truly safe.

Quick update - I updated threads last night and one particular website has moved the entire thread to their site trashbin - effectively deleting it/making it unavailable to the public. It is the only website to do this - did not edit/delete parts of my update as they have done before - I have no problem with site staff doing their job. I travel very carefully with regard to legal boundaries. I find the actions of the site very interesting - things that make you go hmmm...

My logic is this - and please correct me if I am wrong - anyone who supports this thread and any threads, anywhere with regard to Crimes Against Children is supporting Child Protection from paedophiles and predators - yes? I would have thought the opposite action would reveal the opposite logic - yes?

An update with some information about the Federal Circuit Court of Human Rights case. I will relay the information as it unfolded today.

I contacted the Federal Court Administration via email wanting to submit additional evidence. I receive a quick reply advising me of which forms are required et cetera.

I also sent a fax to the Associate of the Judge and received a brief email late today. I was informed that I cannot submit further evidence once a Judge has reserved a decision and that a letter was posted TODAY!

All I know is that the court will convene on 11th July 2014 at 9.30am at Court 8.2 - 80 William Street Sydney.

I have no idea what will happen. Any comments any any support will be received with heartfelt warmth and gratitude.

For those who are interested I attended the Australian Federal Circuit Court of Human Rights on Friday 11th July 2014. Judge Nick Nicholls found for the Trustees of the Roman Catholic Church for the Diocese of Wagga Wagga. Judge Nicholls at no time issued a gag order or directed me not to speak. I am now going to share information and evidence on the web. Knowing that posting on web forums would not be appropriate I have created a Child Abuse Whistleblower Community page on Facebook. I have written a series of posts to share the story as well as the actual Mandatory Report information. On facebook I am using my full real name - Amanda Gabriel Prosser.

I stated quite clearly to the Judge that I want to set a precedent in the court - as I have no finances my only other option is to place all my information and evidence online for the public. There is actually no legislation for Child Abuse Whistleblowers so technically I am not breaking the law - however - what I am trying to do is make some. I want to set a precedent (be the first) and even have other Child Abuse Whistleblowers ready to show there is a pattern. The page is publishing information that is not published anywhere else - in that - I managed to publish sensitive Mandatory Report information and did not get arrested. The Catholic College in question has engaged legal representation but as I research legal boundaries I am re-posting deleted information.

There is NO Child Abuse Whistleblower legislation -so at this point in time - everything we do is a win.

The communtiy page is for Child Abuse Whistleblowers and like minded people. It is not a place to argue the subject or debate or be negative. Update for those who are following this thread and welcome to anyone who has joined in recently. I want to mention the Hog-tie trial of Dr Neville Davis. He is due to go to court in October 2014. Recently the mother of the child who was hog-tied by the doctor was sent correspondence by the legal firm representing her and her son. She had phoned them at least 15 times and not had a single call returned.

The legal firm, Potts Lawyers Gold Coast claim that they cannot find a doctor to write a medico-legal report. The lawyer with carriage of the matter Craig DoRozario suggested the mother contact another law firm and named two - one of which has already denied her request for representation.

I thought about the situation on a purely statistic level - how many doctors would be registered across the state - there would be hundreds to approach and engage in the task at hand. Then the mother discovers all her personal contacts and diary entries have disappeared from her mobile phone. She took it to the shop and the professional confirmed that her phone had been hacked and the information purposefully deleted. Who does these things? Where are the ethics of the law firm and what kind of human hacks into her phone.

The young boy is not in the best of health - his teacher has reported that his cognitive abilities are failing and he is deteriorating physically as well. I cannot name the mother and her child but please keep them in your prayers and hearts. Just because I cannot name them does not mean they are not real - please send them your thoughts and prayers and meditations of love and support as they fight this unspeakable battle.

Secondly - for those who are following the Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page I have a recent update that is of interest to those following this journey - it concerns the recent death of Antony Kidman. I have a document that I will publish when it is appropriate. When the document is published you can compare the contents to what is written in the mainstream media. I travel carefully - those of you who know me - know I am a trailblazer. I recently published sensitive Mandatory Report information on facebook and was not arrested - still not arrested - I have told people that is because I know what I am doing. Some information was deleted but I am ascertaining legal boundaries and gradually restoring the deleted posts - not that much was deleted.

Thirdly I picked up a brochure regarding the current Australian Royal Commission Into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and it reminded me to send out this message; Anyone who is illiterate or struggles with writing please know that I will help you if you want to make a submission to the Royal Commission. When I learned that the Royal Commission is only accepting written submissions and no longer accepting oral submissions I was livid. I have never asked for money so that is not an issue. Please anyone reading this - let people know I will help them - I am a registered English Teacher (Secondary) and a recognised Child Abuse Whistleblower so I am well placed to help you. I will help you and ensure you have a voice and are heard.

I just clicked on this thread for the first time. There is the abuse against children from pedophile networks (organized, satanic, ritual) and then there is the abuse from psychopathic, or simply out of control, parents. One problem with reporting the out of control parent is that the system can be worse than the parent.

The US Gov has privatized foster parenting, thereby making the placement of children in foster homes into a for profit enterprise. A blond, blue-eyed girl has more people willing to take her than a black boy. Therefore, the blond girl will be jerked from the home on the slightest pretext because she represents potential profit, while the black boy will be a financial drain on the system and will be left to fend for himself with vile parents.

Since the government system itself can also be under the control of the pedophile satanic network, placing a child in the government system can destroy him or her, whereas the out of control parent (not psychopathic) abuses but does not destroy.

What I am trying to convey here is that there is no good alternative to just about any of it.

This specific subject is why I say collapse of the entire system of civilization is the only solution and the ultimate destiny for the planet.

For those of you who know me - I am treading carefully but plan to publish two documents to support the above article in the link. Fiona has given me permission to publish any document she has shared with me. I have chosen the recent correspondence from the health/medical agency who have accepted the complaint Fiona had recently forwarded and commenced investigation proceedings - and - the one page from the actual complaint that details the abuse.

Still being considered by a court of law; not yet decided; unsettled and not to be canvassed publicly because of the risk of being in contempt of court. I want to share with you the fact that a free to air news show in Australia has already filmed an interview with the Mother of the Child. It is a six minute segment prepared for A Current Affair - it will be aired as soon as legal boundaries are removed. Update - for those who are following this thread & for those who are just joining now. Here is a current list of of actions that are in place in my capacity as a recognised Child Abuse Whistleblower.

1. Mandatory Reports - made on the 18th September 2014 at the local DOCS office in Griffith in the presence of the local Manager. The information and statutory declarations being provided as a direct result of the formation of the Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page on facebook. Thank you to everyone.

Still waiting for correspondence - informed I will be contacted by hard copy landline correspondence. It is now over a month.

2. Department of Education & Communities - I contacted them recently as a check through my files reveal an omission on their part with regard to administrative correspondence that should have been forwarded to me in 2011. The omission was addressed and I received a response via electronic mail.

Also an investigation is currently being conducted with regard to my public actions. The investigation was commenced approximately three months ago & is still underway.

3. I have contacted local Police due to the 2011 administrative omission by the Department of Education & Communities. I have contacted local Police to ensure the information contained in the second of two Mandatory Reports I made in 2011 was actually actioned.

Have sent mail by registered post so a response from the local Police should not take too long. I phoned and ensured the senior officer involved is not on any type of leave.

4. I have received communication via an electronic response from NSW Police Headquarters and am following administrative instructions to contact a particular Local Area Command. The administrative procedures are to ensure victims and witnesses of Crimes Against Children are addressed properly.

Synchronicity unfortunately meant I had the displeasure to receive first hand information about unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour from operation Police officers from that very Local Area Command I am to contact - directly from a victim/witness. This is directly related to my actions as a Child Abuse Whistleblower. I am not impressed I can tell you!

I am contacting the particular Local Area Command and will be making a formal complaint as well as instigating administrative procedures to assist victims and witnesses of Crimes Against Children. To be fair to all involved I will wait to reveal the name of the Local Area Command for the moment. I will reveal the name of the Local Area Command in the near future as an adjunct to advertising the area - with the express purpose of allowing victims and witnesses to come forward. There are currently two victims with a possible third and fourth. More details as it is safe and appropriate.

5. Please visit the policeleaksaustralia page on facebook to view the lesson plan I created - to help people learn how to write a proper complaint. There is an introduction to explain what I have planned and some learning resources to help you. It is a little lengthy but it is designed to show you what you need in order to get your complaint addressed properly. Included is an actual current complaint addressed to a Local Area Commander with all identities withheld. (Note - The complaint was recently accepted & we will be pushing for a complete investigation).

Also preparing for a court appearance - to assist a person with regards to an incident where Children were psychologically harmed during an incident via the unexpected presence of an authority figure.

I am looking forward to the day I can come and spend time browsing the forums however in the meantime - for those who are following this thread and for those who may be new to this thread I have an update to share.

Update - I have (finally) received two written responses to the Mandatory Reports that I made two and a half months ago - as a result of the support I have received via the Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page.

The first one - all I can say - without overstepping boundaries of confidentiality - is that the issue has been addressed by means of referral to the (location) Community Services Centre for triage and assessment.

What does this tell us - the phone line employees did not ignore the Mandatory Report and have passed it on to a local agency. If you are shaking your head at that one - so am I.

Here's the breakdown - I ring a centralised helpline to have a matter referred back to where the matter is located. The fact of the matter is this;

Why did I have to become public and become a recognised Child Abuse Whistleblower for the matter to be addressed at all?? The matter involves a school.

To refresh the memory of people and for the benefit of those who may be new to the subject of Mandatory Reports;

Every employee of every school in NSW Australia is a Mandatory Reporter. Every employee is mandated by LAW to make a Mandatory Report and if you are found to have not made a Mandatory Report then you are committing a crime that awards the penalties of huge fines and/or a custodial sentence. This includes the executive staff - who have a responsibility to ensure that the appropriate professional agencies are fully informed as to the incident/s being reported.

Please refer to other states to ensure the legislation is the same - I reference NSW Australia because that is the state that is relevant to my professional training.

The second Mandatory Report is not so simple. The third sentence reads exactly like this;

"The information you provided has been assessed and a decision has been made that it does not meet the statutory reporting threshold of 'risk of significant harm'."

I will share a brief overview of the information - with no identifiers.

A Teacher holds a party at her house with only students. The Teacher commences sexual activity with a just of age ex-student in full view of the others in attendance. The students then have to attend school with the Teacher instructing them as their regular Teacher.

Included in this scenario is the partner of the just of age ex-student who engaged in the sexual activity. The partner has to attend school and sit in classes and be instructed by the Teacher who organised the party and commenced the sex with the just of age student.

Two in attendance at the party phoned the partner to advise what was happening. The partner arrives in time to see the Teacher passed out on her bed with a used condom next to the bed.

The Teacher involved in this situation was shortly afterwards promoted to an executive position. There is much more I could add but I want to tread carefully with regard to legal boundaries. Even though there is no Child Abuse Whistleblower legislation - hopefully my CAREFUL actions will lead to the creation of Child Abuse Whistleblower legislation - that is the aim.

I know we have ample legislation - but - I am working with the paradigm in which we live and legislation provides the tools with which we make change.

The next step here is that I will do two things. I will compose correspondence and request an explanation as to why I was not delivered of a written reply - as per legal requirements. The fact it was two and a half months and I had not received any correspondence is of concern. I am also concerned that I had to contact the government department to actually request the required correspondence.

I will also contact the NSW Ombudsman and other professional agencies and ask why the second Mandatory Report failed to meet the statutory requirements for Risk of Significant Harm - that way we can understand the situation a little better. Peaceful research and answers from professional agencies who are tasked with managing Crimes Against Children may help us make change to better protect our Children.

Remember people it is you who go to work and pay the taxes that fund the professional agencies who are responsible for the Care of All Children.

Before the end of the day I will be providing an update about the recent phone call incident as recorded on the facebook Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page and elsewhere. It is an eye-opener that's for sure.

Thank you to the Site Owner and all the Moderators for permitting this thread to grow - in an effort to educate people about the extent to which Crimes Against Children are being committed everyday all over the planet. I could not have made it this far without this opportunity and others. Please know that not all sites are interested in Child Abuse - nor do they permit free speech - so I am grateful on a variety of levels.

Update - A list of actions that will bring about professional responses from agencies that have been contacted in recent months. In the coming months of 2015 I am seeing the potential for answers to the many legal questions that have been posed.


1. The multiple professional agency correspondence as a result of two Mandatory Reports made a few months ago. One Mandatory Report is being actioned and as an adjunct to protecting the identity of the victim - that seems to be okay.

The second Mandatory Report however has some unanswered questions as to mandated administrative "omissions" and I am keen to see these "omissions" addressed and investigated.

The professional agencies are;

Honourable Brad Hazzard MP - Minister for Justice
Honourable Adrian Piccoli MP - Minister for Education
Kelvin Simon Manager - NSW Ombudsman Child Protection
Sandy Chan Acting Manager - Department of Family & Community Services


2. Even without all the details the second multiple professional agency correspondence that is relevant to a Police complaint investigation. The investigation also seems to have some "omissions" and I am keen to receive answers to questions I posed that are based in legal and administrative procedure.

The professional agencies are;

Andrew Scipione AM - NSW Commissioner for Police
Bruce Barbour - NSW Ombudsman
S. Wilkins Superintendent - Local Area Commander Tweed Heads


3. One senior NSW Police officer is addressing a complaint from a victim. The same officer will then address other issues. I stated that given the enormity of the issues faced with all manner of Child Abuse and the organised ritual Child Abuse - it is best to address one issue at a time - he did not disagree with me.

When the senior NSW Police officer and victim have addressed the complaint I will advertise the LAC (Local Area Command) as that is an area where several victims have been subjected to abuse. If you are not aware - all crime is investigated where it occurred - at least in the initial stages.

4. I have one outstanding matter that is directly relevant to a particular professional agency - this is where the destruction to my life really took hold. I will give the agency time to manage the situation and will put a hold on publishing my legal recount/book on line. I may publish some select chapters in the interim.

My intention is to take January as a month to attend to my health. I do have over 300 messages to address and I will be very careful. Today I received a response in the form of an email.

Brief Update - The "Hog-Tie" case was in court yesterday. It is now a matter of waiting for the Judge to make a determination. Please send all positive thoughts, prayers and meditations to the Victim and his Family. Some additional news it that two more victims of the "Hog-Tie" doctor have proceeded directly to the Police. A Current Affair on Channel Nine (Australia) have covered the Hog-Tie case. Please know that I am privy to information & evidence that proves this is not an isolated incident. Please be aware that it took years to get this matter to court & during that time other victims have been identified. The information & evidence from additional victims and parents is appalling.

The only comment I will make is about sharing this information & evidence - NOT JUST with clicking a button on the computer - also with conversation - speak to at least one person who is not currently connected to a Child Abuse Whistleblower or the Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page on facebook or this page/thread on Project Avalon.

Why do I make this suggestion? When every parent and child is aware of this man and his actions - who in their right mind would ever trust their child into the care of this man?

When you view the A Current Affair link you may see comments that do not support the actions of the mother. The actions of the mother are what ensured the evidence was admissible and concrete.

Be aware of trolls/shills/paid disinformation agents - they are tasked with watching sites and jumping in to be among the first to make comments.This is a psychological tactic designed specifically to derail a thread and to influence the thinking of the person reading the comments. How do I know this? Whistleblowers have come forward and explained how they have been employed to engage in these practices.

Whistleblowers are the key to understanding why the current paradigm is so fraught with imbalance. Learn people - I encourage you to ask questions about everything you read. Thank you for visiting this page/thread and learning.

My absence here has been due to poor physical health and I have taken a battering on the spiritual aspect as well however I am still fighting the good fight. Have placed my energies into the facebook Child Abuse Whistleblowers Communtiy page on facebook - as that is where I blew the whistle as it were. Today I share an important update - good news at last.

Child Abuse Whistleblowers

Update - Received a phone call yesterday from a staff member of the Royal Commission Into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.

We spoke for approximately twenty minutes with the main concern being the staff member not being able to locate my submission.

I stated, among other things, that I had been alerted to the advent of a Royal Commission by a friend who heard it via mainstream media the day it was announced to the public. My submission was sent within a short space of time.

I stated that I did not receive a receipt for my submission and contacted what I believe to be the professional chambers of Justice McClellan. I spoke to a lady who I imagine is the private secretary to Justice McClellan.

I stated that I recalled very clearly - the lady listened to my concern and replied; "I remember yours it was in a yellow envelope and it was one of the first." The lady asked me to hold the line while she physically checked that my submission was in fact in the office of Justice McClellan.

The conversation with the Royal Commission staff member continued. I relayed to her a brief version of my Child Abuse Whistleblower journey. When I mentioned some aspects she was heard to gasp.I informed the Royal Commission staff member that I would be sharing the facts discussed via the Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page on facebook. I informed her I would not publish her name.

Within the hour I received electronic mail marked; "Sensitive" from the Royal Commission staff member thanking me for sharing my time with her and informing me that my (original) submission had been located.

Among items of interest also included in the electronic mail was a link to the legislation that is relevant to my appearance when I initially sit before the Royal Commission Into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. I now have sixteen pages of legislation to study and will share - as I always do - what I am able to share without transgressing legal boundaries. We need to win for the sake of the Children so making mistakes now is not an option. Please respect the boundaries I keep with both an understanding intellect and understanding heart.

It was explained to me that initially I will be allocated an hour and the first session is always private. This is not my choice but I will have to adhere to the protocols.

Due to the error - the Royal Commission staff member informed me she would mark my submission as a priority - it may still be awhile before I attend my initial session. The initial session will be in Sydney. I will share more when I know more. Before I sign off, I did actually inform the Royal Commission staff member that I received a letter of receipt from the Royal Commission - but - due to the volume of correspondence/documents I would need time to locate it.

Thank you for the continuing support - from both the visible following and the underground following. I could not travel this heartbreaking road without the knowledge that so many people care about the plight of Crimes Against Children. Let's stay strong - this news is defintiely a welcome breakthrough.

I have a lot of work to do now with regard to how I can best present the information and evidence. This is the beginning.

Update - Thursday 16th July 2015 - another phone call from a staff member of the current Australian Royal Commission Into Institutional Responses To Child Sexual Abuse. This time the conversation commenced at approximately 3.15 pm and lasted until just before 4 pm.

I forgot to ask permission to publish the gentlemans name so I will not mention it at this time - but - he took his time with me and my situation is now a priority that will be expedited.

By the time he understood the enormity of my situation he asked me how long I would need to prepare documents et cetera. I suggested 4 - 6 weeks. There is a lot to do people however I am confident I can prepare the information/evidence to make the best possible use of the initial one hour session.

My focus is now on my health and compiling documented information and evidence for the initial private session. I will post further information as it comes to hand.

Thank you for the continuing support and for the information/evidence that continues to be forwarded to me. The underground following has grown so large that calculating an actual amount is now not possible.

Please stand with me - we are winning this battle and all we have to do is to keep this heartbreaking subject of Crimes Against Children in the public mind.
