From Environmental Action, activist group against fracking:
"Now Josh Fox is back with a follow-up to his multiple award winning documentary, and like any good sequel it's bigger than ever. Not just because it has MORE flaming water or MORE explosions, but because the movement that Fox helped inspire is bigger and stronger thanks to participants like you!

So while the events of the film are still horrifying and we don't yet have the happy ending of a nationwide ban on fracking, I hope you will still watch tonight as Gasland II gets the red carpet treatment on HBO at 9 pm EST. If you don't have HBO, you can still follow along as I tweet commentary and synopsis (spoiler alert!) from the Pennsylvania premier. This is a great chance to follow Environmental Action's work on Twitter and join the bigger conversation on social media to stop this dangerous and dirty drilling practice.
Whenever I ask a room of anti-fracking activists how they first got involved, most people either live next to a fracking well or say thy are they had their eyes opened by the film. The moment where a family is able to light their drinking water on fire has done more to galvanize this people-powered movement than any other photo or video.
Can't wait,
Jesse Bacon,
Environmental Action"
