USNORTHCOM is responsible for defending the United States. and Canadian air space, yet through various Freedom of Information Act requests, I am unable to access documents to prove that this is the case. So I begs the question is USNORTHCOM up to the task at hand since it cannot provide any documented evidence to support this.

It makes me wonder whether they have "drop the ball" on a number of incidents within the US, and don't want people to know.

The records I wish to access are on a Canadian system, so I need to file a FOIA request to the Department of National Defence, only problem as USNORTHCOM knows is that non Canadian citizens cannot file requests, so I'm up the creek without a paddle, unless of course there are Canadian citizens which can file a request for these records out there is Avalon land?

The records equate to UFOs detected on defense systems in North American, they are classified by I have been informed once redacted they should be releasable, but that is under the US Freedom of Information Act, whether the Access to Information act will release them is yet to be seen.

I have all the necessary paperwork and address ready, if some one wishes to pursue these records please PM me, and I can provide official responses. It has taken over 6 months to get to this stage.
