Good video. Integrity is a very difficult thing to uphold in a world that forces us to do things that are unnatural. Running through life from day to day, earning money, bombarded by negative media news, instilled with all manner of fears from all manner of sources, unable to gather information vital to constructing a comprehensive world view, these and other travesties to our psyche result in a state so confused, so detached from reality and the natural world that any integrity an individual might have has no foundation.

Never do deep breathing in sets of four, though. Not a good number for integration. One, three, five, seven breaths is much more integrating. The reasons: one: that's obvious. three: comprehension, grounding. five: life, health. seven: mystery, deep truths.
