A butterfly came on my path today ! What a great message from life !

Hi !

I just realize how that simple event in my life has a huge importance !

THE STORY:

I was in the swinging chair outside in my back yard watching my son (17 1/2 months) who was about to climb on the little balcony made of concrete .... I step out of the chair and went to help him and we started to walk a bit ... I saw something on the floor ... It was a huge night butterfly !!! I touched it so it will move to a safe place until the night ... It just flew behind our BBQ and stayed there until the night arrives ....

At first I didn't realize but after taking a picture of it and showing it to my neighbors, I thought ''wow, it is surely a signification of some sort'' and I decided to writhe this thread to explain my opinion on that event....

On Sunday the 7th of July, I made a claim during the day, from my heart, to the Universe: ''I want this earth to have a better live, love, abundance, peace and all that can help us live in a better place surrounded with love. I want an event(soft but effective) that will make people understand who they really are and start to co-create love.''

Monday the 8th of july, just after diner, around 18:00h, I was searching on Netflix for a good cartoon to watch with my son before he goes to sleep... I saw a dolphin so I decided to try this one... (Title: "The Dolphin. Story of a Dreamer") here is the thriller:

I stopped the film around 19:00 h to put my son to bed but I continued to watch it because it was so cute, spiritual and positive ... and plus, I realized that the film was stopped at 1:11 hour precisely and not on purpose... A little detail but for me it is important (go check the 1:11 or 11:11)
When it ended, I was so tired that I fell a sleep during the generic....
I was deeeeeeeep in my sleep when suddenly, everything shuts down ...
I open my eyes in the dark and realized that we just lost power ....
I jumped out of the couch and as soon as my feet touch the floor, I have heard a voice in my mind saying: ''This is the beginning of a new life''

Tuesday the July 9 th, a friend of a friend called me to ask me if i'm interested to join his band .... He spoke to my best buddy and told him that he was searching for a singer who can sing songs to put the party in the place, so Jim(my friend) told Pat(his friend): ''Why don't you ask Nat?''

Yes I'm a signer ;) But I have not sang in a band for almost 2 years, except last week in a party for just one song (Rock N Roll from Led Zep) .... So he called me .... and I said yes because my son is starting the kinder garden next week so I will have time to start a new project for the good of my brain ;) ...

Wednesday July the 10th (today), a butterfly came on my path ! What a great message from life !!!!

The other day a butterfly came circling me,. Today at 6 am a friend came on his bike and ask me to join him. He brought me some message that will change the course of my life for the better. 11:36 today I open PA and here you are explaining the whole event. It was a big butterfly around 10 cm in diameter does the size of butterfly also tells of the magnitude of the change?:happy:

Thank you for sharing. The photo looks similar to the giant grey moth. Just an FYI, there are about ten times more species of moth as compared to butterfly. A quick method of ID is to check the antennae the butterflies are long and thin and swell at end. But no matter, they are both cool insects, and some of the meanings you said above are still correct for them....

Good on ya sissy.... I swim in the pool out here on a mine site in australia... and every morning as im swimming I stop and scoop out all the night bugs and especially the moths and butterflies that regularly get stuck, one morning there was a moth the size of a bird drowning and panicking, my fear was that it may actually bite me...but I put my best intentions ahead of my fear and scooped up the giant softly and placed it in a safe spot, it was breathing really quick like it was panting...I checked on it after my swim and it looked calm so I went and asked if it was ok?? haha as you do.....and it walked up on to my hand and made me feel appreciated before it flew off. SO glad I listened to my heart.

I too had an interesting butterfly experience the other day. I was at the local lake, and witnessed several butterflies hydrating themselves on wet organic material that was washed up on the boat ramp. Along my walk, I saw many of them on the summer blooms. Butterflies, have always been at the top of my most loved creatures list. I took a bunch of pictures, and some of a little kingbird, unbeknownst to me there was a couple UFOs, (not visible to the naked eye) that turned up in the photos.

Note: I took 6 shots, of basically the same picture over the course of about 10 minutes. The "ufos" showed up in all of them in the same place, so this rules out birds, falling debris etc. I know this area very well, and I have no explanation other than, i don't know what they are. : )

The moths are sooooooooooo special and it correlate with who I am as a being !

Cuz when I was a dumb kid (can I call 20 years old a kid?) I used a much more offensive handle for everything (donkeypunch), it is pun on US Democrats and crappy poker players, which I was both at the time--it's also a horrid "joke" some sick mind came up with (you gotta go to urban dictionary for that, though I advise against it). My motto was Eminem-style: You find me offensive? I find you offensive....for finding me offensive. I didn't have much in the way of empathy.

So in the old forum I used to frequent, I got tired of the fact that I constantly killed threads (still do, kinda), maybe my presence was the problem... and thought one day I needed to grow up...since I used it for everything I just shortened it. It kinda fits, as I kinda donk around the forum

I was thinking about this thread today as I looked out my window and saw a little cabbage butterfly floating by.....then I went to sit in the garden and get some sun and there he was again.......then I suddenly decided to move my head to the side (although I was trying to tan my face!) and I had a conscious thought of " why are you turning your head this way?"......after a minute or so I noticed a butterfly was actually sitting right there on the step about 2 feet away from me......I had totally missed him but I knew this is why I had suddenly had the urge to turn my head to the side!

Last year my friends son found this moth below, he said it just flew into his car....the very same night my husband came home with a story of a moth at least this size that had flown into his car as well.....we live about 2 hours apart, very strange.....the next day my daughter saw one like it on the wall outside her work.....
