I believe the image is shown upside down, for then you get an hourglass which seems to be saying "your time is almost up". (Just look at my new avatar.)
More image, including ground shots of this beautiful circle can be found at http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2013/silburyhill/silburyhill2013a.html

As much as I support the crop circles
I do feel that this one is man made, either that or folks did a nasty trample through.

Viewed in the orientation at which you posted the photo, it also looks like a stylized bishop. There is a cross on top of the figure. In a fashion not dissimilar to the Russian orthodox tradition, a slanted cross bar is present. The significance of the slant is meant to be that one end points to heaven, the other to hell.

I'm feeling the same. Did the aliens forget how to make perfect symmetrical shapes?

Looks and feels fake to me too!
The below statement is from the website, it sounds that someone wants to profit from it.
We now have signed confirmation from the farmer allowing CGI to collect on his behalf. His chosen charity is St. James Church Avebury. The suggested donation is £2 per person. Please only give money to official CGI representative wearing approved name badge and holding letter of authority.
Could people please use Silbury Hill car park gate entrance as the farmer doesn't want entry from A4 Long Barrow end. He has now put up a sign. Thank you
Thank you and Happy Circling!

I find very few crop circles these days that actually look legit to me, if it looks stomped down, it probably was .... in a real crop circles, the plant just falls over in guided direction.

Really? Did you look at the ground shots of this. They show exquisite patterns, beautiful texturing and swirling patterns when you look at the grass close up and woven grass baskets. Can't do that with planks on your feet.

Didn't see that there was a tab to the ground photos ...
Some of the ground shots look reasonably authentic, but I noticed there were no shots of the actual bend (or break) points of the plants. This is the most telling way to spot a real crop circle - the plants will appear to be growing in a new direction from bend point, which will be a small bulge in the stem. Also there should be a little radioactivity in the area.
Keep us posted on any new info.

Kryztian, did you copy your avatar from the crop circle design, or did you have it before?

I am sure and totally convinced that anyone with the right program and know of true crop circles can point out the inconsistencies of this so called crop circle.
I did look at it with one of my photo programs and found so much disappointment it's not even funny.. The ground shots in the link provided, convinced me of my original thought on the subject...
Anyone here have the patients and the know how to put them out?
That would be very much appreciated..

Also, I'm not convinced that an hourglass with "time" running out, is something ETs or IDs would display for us as a crop circle ... but any human -- yes. Just my opinion.

Birds eye view alone can tell you if you don't look through tainted eyes..
As I said previously I, and will break further, am a very strong supporter of crop circles..
You don't know the disappointing feeling I had found in this one.

Ditto, goes without saying... dahhh, or should I say the more politically correct... Your're kidding right?

Yes, Mandala, I made it from the crop circle design from this particular circle.
It would be pretty funny it this were first my avatar and then I found it as a crop circle - I would really have to wonder if I wasn't an extra-terrestrial myself.

I meant to post a link to the "ground shots" page. Here it is:
http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2013/silburyhill/groundshots.html
(http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2013/silburyhill/groundshots.html)
Also, more close-ups of the formation on the "field reports" page
http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2013/silburyhill/fieldreports.html
(http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2013/silburyhill/fieldreports.html)Neatly bent stalks, so one would assume the usual nodes have formed with expulsion cavities. One would assume researchers have taken the stalks off to a lab but won't have their test results yet.
If this is the work of hoaxers, one has to admire how do they create all these little baskets.http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2013/silburyhill/m1.jpg

This isn't a crop circle. Someone is tuggin your sleeve or pulling your legs.

Well it is a lot closer to a real one than other faked ones, but there is no way this is a real one.
It is pretty asymetrical, and the real ones are uncannily exact.
Like someone said you need photos of the bends in the grass up close.
I have no idea how to tell by using image software.

When I looked at the photo my first impression was "sloppy and fake". Sorry, but that is how it appeared to me.
I am no expert on crop circles but I have looked at a lot of photos and when I read them energetically, some of the photos have a breathtaking energetic signature.
For me, this one doesn't.
