Follow-up was regarding Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, making the cover of the Rolling Stone magazine... And the Mass. State Trooper who illegally released arrest photos of Dzhokhar in his attempt to try to demonize him. However, the photos clearly show that Dzhokhar had no throat injury at the time. Two investigative journalists are suing the FBI after the government Failed to respond on time to a pair of Freedom of Information Act requests filed for details on the death of reporter Michael Hastings.

Jason Leopold and Ryan Shapiro filed a joint suit on Friday after the Federal Bureau of Investigation neglected to respond to their FOIA requests within the 20-working day period required by law.

Leopold and Shapiro both sent FOIA requests to the FBI following Hastings’ untimely death last month, and are now taking legal action in an attempt to expedite pleas that have so far been ignored by the bureau.

A suspended Homeland Security supervisor entered a guilty plea to possession of child pornography in a plea agreement Monday, admitting in U.S. District Court in Buffalo that he viewed and shared electronic images and videos, some of them showing children in “sadistic or masochistic conduct or other depictions of violence.”

Steven Metz, 41, pleaded guilty in front of U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny, who informed the Customs & Border Protection supervisor he could face up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.

Metz possessed more than 600 images and videos of child pornography on his computer and shared them with other individuals through emails, according to U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr.

From what a friend of time told me, Justin.tv was a live video streaming service. It started off when a guy named Justin Wong (I don't know his last name, really, but he is Asian) decided to stream a live feed of his life 24 hours a day. It became popular to audiences at the time that he eventually turned it into an actual streaming service. Most of the channels in Justin.tv are streams of people playing video games as that's the service's target demographic. Since then, other live streaming services appeared, such as Livestream, Ustream, and Twitch.

On a different note, I recently visited Mike Rivero's Justin.tv channel and noticed he terminated his account. Rumor has it he was criticizing Justin.tv over something that prompted this to happen, but I cannot confirm this. I looked at his website today and so far there is no word if he is still on Justin.tv for his live streaming shows, or that he moved to another service. He still provides archived audio podcasts on Itunes.
