Attached is some of the documents (9 pages) concerning the still classified Prism NSA program.

And FOIA response from the NSA for records pertaining to this program:

"Any positive or negative response on a request-by-request basis would allow our adversaries to accumulate information and draw conclusions about the NSA's technical capabilities, sources, and methods.

Our adversaries are likely to evaluate all public responses related to these programs.

Were we to provide positive or negative responses to requests such as yours, our adversaries' compilation of the information provided would reasonably be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security."

The NSA invoked the Glomar response when my wife and I filed for our FOIA's which is bad enough but we also got the same response from the Department of Justice. The latter is even more troubling because the NSA claims not to do anything with a citizen's information unless a request is made by the FBI/DOJ.

BTW, my wife and I have been overtly harassed with COINTELPRO-like methodologies since late 2011 when I reached out to my US Senator Kay Hagan to speak out about government wrongdoing. We're working on a short documentary film about our terrifying situation and we should have it up for viewing within the next couple weeks.
