The camera is not stable enough to show any non-linear movements, if there were any. There were jerks and apparent shifts in direction due to camera jerks.
Therefore I reckon it's just a satellite. If it's not a satellite, then why not? Oh, it's going too fast? Well a zoomed-in speed against an infinity-distance background does not give any real clues as to the speed.
Any videoing astronomy experts care to comment?

I have understood that satellites' trajectory is from W to E (or maybe N to S), if this helps.

Superb Catch, Satellites don't curve in that manner, they will always appear to travel in a straight line relative to us. You can also judge that objects speed using the background stars as a reference despite the camera's movements, and whether that object is 10 miles up or 205miles to 220miles (THE ISS) that object moves across the sky at least 4 times faster (relative to us),
If you study satellites it would be impossible to misconstrue this as a satellite.

Sorry satellites don't move THAT fast... I observe them regularly looking for UFO's, spotted something similar last fall.
Looks legit enough

THAT is exactly what I see quite frequently when I observe the night sky here. I, too, had begun to dismiss them as sats mostly because of the oh so numerous times I've seen them.
I usually notice them going S to N and sometimes, N to S, yet hardly ever E-W or W-E. I have seen some moving rather slowly and others zipping by quickly; some have made 90° turns, although most seem to fly straight across the sky.
One person told me they were airplanes at a very hight altitude and that's why I hear no sound as they pass. But if they were planes would the visible (reflected?) light be visible from the time they approach to the time they disappear in the oposite direction in the distance?
Last week I showed one to a friend. He didn't know what to make of it either. He just laughed kinda nervously and said it was a UFO.
I would like very much to find out if they are sats, and if not, what they are.

Agreed, objects that make 90 degree turns are not satellites, nor conventional aircraft. But if so many of these objects are being seen and videoed by amateurs using fairly standard equipment, then something IS going on and needs to be explained, or at least investigated.
The fact that amateur astronomy website/groups/magazines are not widely and frequently reporting this phenomenon still suggests to me that this and similar videoed objects are nothing out of the ordinary.
If you watch satellites (which can move N/S, E/W or any combination - see Heavens-Above (http://www.heavens-above.com/) for times/dates and identifications for any location) perspective can make them appear to arc.
OTOH, perhaps it is a non-conventional object...
