I know this has been posted here before, but this is important to post again in case this incredible documentary slipped by anyone else. I've been mulling becoming a vegan over the past month, and after seeing this the thought of eating a burger or any kind of meat just disgusts me.
Lately I've been researching the exploitation and suffering of animals to educate myself on an area that I consciously chose to be ignorant about for years. Nothing has had an effect anywhere close to this documentary - I was reduced to tears several times while watching this.
A fair warning - this is a very disturbing documentary with some very graphic footage. As disturbing as it is, in my opinion it's important that we be faced with the reality of this instead of sugar coating it.
