Here's are some good tips IMO...

CHOOSE WISELY WHO AND/OR WHAT YOU DECIDE TO GIVE YOUR POWER/ENERGY TO!!!

This especially includes god/s, christ, lucifer, the devil, demons, archangels, ascended masters, ET's/ED's, and other human beings.

An individual who has realised his/her true power as a sovereign being knows it is entirely their CHOICE as to who (or what) they give their power/energy/attention to... and they ALWAYS accept full respinsibility for the choices they make.

Malevolent beings/forces only ever have access to our power/energy when we CHOOSE to give it over to them... they cannot just take it by force (it can only be given - via the choices/decisions/agreements we make).

All TRULY benevolent beings/forces have one thing in common... they do not expect anything from other beings in return for the power/energy/love (or whatever) they choose to give (freely and willingly)... no strings are EVER attached.

I.e. if another being expects subservience, obedience, dependance, adoratoration, forgiveness, prayer, money etc etc in return for your power/energy then you should consider VERY CAREFULLY your choice to engage/interact/contract with them.

The key to all this is really simple... choose wisely that which you intend to invest your time/energy into... we ALWAYS have a chouce when it comes to such matters.

Understand that ALL other beings/forces are dependendent upon our consent in order to access/influence/manipulate/control us.

We are ALL subject to the universal laws of engagement... and it all boils down to agreement/consent.

The only power an external being/entity/force has over you is that which you consrnt/agree to give.

So, stand firm in your own power and be minful of who/what you allow into your inner circle/field... nothing can enter it without your permission/consent/agreement.

... it's that simple.

This is very true in theory but in actual practice it is more complicated than that.

I have encountered all manner of entities, attached spirits, energetic implants, cords, contracts, thoughtforms, curses, energetic wounding, chakra damage, past life issues etc. in people during my shamanic work.

All of those people were burdened with various life issues but none of them were consciously aware that they had "allowed" these devastating and negative influences into their energetic field. The only thing they were conscious of was that they were unhappy, sick or suffering.

And by the way, I have worked on many "love and light" New Agers, Reiki masters, energy healers, etc who are loaded with entities and energetic debris. That almost always results in awkward and diplomatic conversations and sometimes I simply remove the entities, etc without going into detail for the client if I don't think they will be able to handle the information that there is a spririt attached to them that is siphoning off their life energy.

I have encountered many people who live with these afflictions but very few consciously know that there is an entity riding their back or that one a loved one has corded them or that one of their chakras is compromised. Usually all they know is that they feel sick and miserable and they want the situation to heal and shift. As a clairvoyant when I go into trance the underlying energetic reality is revealed to me and I take corrective action using my shamanic skills.

Oddly enough even though I do this type of work I maintain a skeptical stance. It seems paradoxical that someone who works with entities might call themself a skeptic but it is how I judge the effectiveness of what I do. When I go into shamanic trance I clairvoyantly gather information from people that there is no way I could possibly know, which means I have received a lot of external verification that my work is accurate. In addition, life altering shifts happen for clients after I remove entities, cut cords, burn contracts, etc. I say this because I believe it is important for clairvoyants, shamanic practitioners and energy healers to be able to provide as much objective verification as possible of the accuracy and effectiveness of their work.

Regarding the video, I would like to add that Christian groups staunchly maintain that there is only one way to conduct spritual warfare, which is to put on the full armour of God and call upon Jesus, following strict Biblical rules. While it is true that jesus is the "go to guy" for general purpose banishing of bad things, non-Christians have been cleansing and banishing dark forces for centuries, long before Christianity arrived on earth. However, if a person is open to Christianity and the Christian mythology I work with that and give them Christian prayers, etc. for aftercare. Each situation is diferent and unique. There is no "one size fits all" solution when it comes to clearing entities.
