Hi Raf, this one was pretty much a no brainer for me....all things are possible, but this one just seems to defy logic and common sense to the extreme. Drake had a better thing going in my opinion.

Plus the prediction of earthquakes on a certain date and in a certain spot/location is quite far fetched, caused by a solar system passing between the earth and sun????!!!!, sheesh!.

Brassard is simply on a mission not to be alone for reasons unknown, and from reading to much jibberish and watching too many controversial youtube videos, convinced she herself is doomed (perhaps terminally ill) and wants everyone else to experience the feeling too for some reason.

It's easy to get drawn in to these states of mind....been there myself once or twice.

The thing is:

This is nature of disinformation. Just as those before her and others to come, Pattie Brassard plays a deliberate role in obscuring the truth. This will not be the last time a so-called insider, whether a conscious agent or unwitting asset of a greater disinformation campaign, comes forward to disclose specific (dis)information about a greater truth. This is but the latest doomsday scenario from a seemingly credible source about the coming of the second sun. Each time the threat becomes more nonsensical and thus the premise becomes more mythological and more dismissive by default.

The premise is real and we should not be complacent. I agree this is nonsense, but we should only come to our conclusions after serious consideration and critical discernment. Once we begin accepting as a premise the nonsense, we succumb to the psyops.

The whole Snowden episope is probably BS too, he probably said "No" to something and that's what the whole scandal is all about.

Edit: More specifically, Mel complained, what have transgender issues got to do with this? As the person who first raised this point on this thread, let me explain. It has absolutely nothing to do with the content of a person’s message. It can be a major distraction for people listening; this is unfortunate and I apologize if apologies are called for. It is a disadvantage of radio: you concentrate on the voice; but as Paula pointed out, the ensuing cognitive dissonance could/can also be used as a weapon.

As i mentioned in my previous post here i really felt for the Woman. When i listened to the interview I could feel a very troubled soul that had been to hell and back. So much so that compassion welled up within me.

I understand she tried not to mix her science with her own personal spiritual beliefs, But her personal beliefs mixed with scientific "potentials" ruined any scientific information she was trying to share.

The updated interview tomorrow may be worth a listen.

I trust Mel, and I can see why he felt the need to follow the interview up with this clip. His words are true, nothing can be discounted until evidence and data disprove it no matter how unlikely.

It would be the crime of the era if false testimony were to distract from a genuine exposure of impending catastrophy to human kind, merely by discrediting the false testimony and humanity turned away from a dire warning with 'here we go again, another nut on a pedestal'.

With the current treatment of whistleblowers by some governments there is already much less chance of someone coming forward under the threat of arrest and imprisonment, coupled with cries of 'wolf' from either government intelligence or simple lone nut, we are left with little else other than discernment.

My current thoughts on this problem are that absolutely nothing should be discarded as utter rubish, and more than anything to look at each item of information on its own merits based on available data. I think this has happened here but there is always room for some doubt. Once we stop doubting we are too enamoured of our own self importance to be objective.

I listened to Pattie with Pete Santilli a couple of nights ago, and could not make it beyond the first hour out of four. (Yes, someone better tell the British people that the Queen has stepped down!)

It's a shame. The astrophysical problem is almost certainly a real one (Planet X / The Second Sun / The Brown Dwarf), but with Pattie's over-zealous and poorly-articulate joining of the dots to make something that is all the wrong shape, no-one wins. Certainly not Pattie, those who have interviewed her (Santilli was way too enthusiastic), or anyone who's already buried their RV in the ground.

After hearing 'Wolf' being cried too many times, some people out there will not take any action at all when they very probably should (in a few years time, maybe). And good researchers like Andy Lloyd, Jim McCanney, and Marshall Masters will have a harder time talking to their audiences after all this has passed. All in all, and in summary, this is really not a very good thing to have happened.

All I am saying, is IF shes been planted to make all these claims in a way that she would certainly discredit herself, then (according to TPTB) people will think none of it true. Another example, I posted a NASA video of "something" next to the sun. A week later the video was removed off YT. So I had to re post it, finding a different source for it. The new and improved version of that video had an obviously fake picture of second sun attached to the end of the video, clearly was a lens flare. My opinion was this was a deliberate attempt to discredit the entire video. If the thing at the end is fake, surely the whole thing must be fake. Seems to be a popular MO.

Such an earthquake from a non-impacting fly by would be especially unlikely.

According to http://www.lpi.usra.edu/lunar/missions/apollo/apollo_12/experiments/pse/, any earthquake like motions caused by the moon orbiting the earth are less than about two (2) on Richter scale.

So for an object at the distance of the moon to cause Richter scale 15 quakes it would have to be perhaps ten million million (ten to the 13) times larger. The sun's mass is only 27 million times the moon's mass, so we're talking over 370,000 times the mass of the sun ... if it were as close as the moon. Given that Pattie says this object will fly by a third of the way from the earth to the sun, or about 30 million miles from earth, which is about 120 times further away than the moon, and given that the gravitational effects of mass decrease with the distance squared, this object would have to be 370,000 * 120 * 120 == about five billion times the mass of the sun (give or take several orders of magnitude).

I probably made some serious mistakes in the above calculations, but I remain confident of the bottom line -- no object just flew between the earth and the sun today that caused Richter scale 15 effects on earth.

P.S. -- The most massive star known is R136a1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R136a1). It is about 265 times the mass of the sun, not even close to five billion times the mass of the sun.

Just to set what follows in to some sort of context. I'm a Fisherman (tried to be a 'fisher of men' but no-one wants to know) and i've been a Fisherman all my life. (My spiritual development evan began while i was fishing.) Most of the people i know are fishermen and before i joined the Avalon community i was (and still am) an active member of a large on-line fishing community here in the UK.

Today(Sunday August 18th) i was on the fishing site looking through some of the threads on the regional forum that covers my local area, catching up with the latest news about my local beaches when i came across a really interesting photo that one of the members had (unknowingly) posted.

The guy had been fishing one of our local beaches recently and unfortunately for him, on this particular occasion he didn't catch any fish. He's a regular contributor to the site who usually puts up a 'catch report' whether he has caught something or not but because he had no fish photos to post he posted a few photos he took of the sunrise instead.

I'm sure there's a logical explanation for it (there always is isn't there) and no-one else who has seen his thread has noticed it (shall i politely say all the other members of this particular fishing site are 'asleep') but i thought what he 'caught' on the horizon (to the right of the Sun) in the third picture was 'interesting' ?

All i know is that the pictures were taken at sunrise on Friday 16th August from a beach here on the south coast of England. I don't have the astronomical or photographic skill-sets to say what it might be (could just be the Moon ?). If someone could offer up an explanation it would be much appreciated.....thanks :confused:

To make matters worse, those values are correct for amplitude, but need to be tripled each time to work out the energy released. Wikipedia:

I get the feeling, now August 17th has come and gone without incident, that Pattie Brassard and her 'end of days' predictions is about to slip into the history books as yet another 'voice' that tried (albeit in a rather scary manner) to wake people up. Pattie certainly gave my tree a bit of a shake that's for sure and even though i didn't make much of a contribution to this thread like some of my amazing fellow Avalonians did, i still felt a strong connection to something somewhere about all this that i haven't quite been able to put my finger on yet ? You know, a bit like an itch you can't quite scratch :unsure:

I've tried to think it all through from as many different perspectives as possible to try to get to the bottom of what's bothering me. I began wondering if maybe the real message Pattie was trying to get out was about Fukushima and the 'two suns' element of the message was just the outrageous bit to gain the attention needed although for some reason i couldn't quite connect with that train of thought. I then started thinking how coincidental it was that something like this had come out at the same time as everyone is anticipating the arrival of Comet Ison and when i started going down this line of thinking i found the connection much stronger in my mind (so like a good bloodhound, off i went for a bit of a sniff around :typing: )

August 11, 2013 ... is Pattie Brussard real ??? after investigating here is my analysis ... what she is saying is pure fabricated BS !!! first of all if she worked for the places she said (credentials can be fabricated or in some cases eliminated) then she is under strict gag orders and contracts NOT to talk about anything and these gag orders will and are enforced ... she does appear to be real or at least NASA is complicit in allowing her to appear real ... in either case she would not have ANYTHING allowed on YOUTUBE or any other outlet ... anything would be taken down immediately and she would be sequestered and put in a room where no one would ever hear from her again (NASA employees are all under strict gag orders) ... the ploy is to make her sound credible and that she is exposing NASA (something every mouse on the internet would love to exploit especially all the sky is falling planet X nut case wanna bees that inhabit the internet... so lots of unsuspecting nut cases to pound her story) ... so you then logically conclude that NASA and the misinformation agencies up to a high level are allowing Pattie Brussard to push out her goofy message of NASA hiding data about some second sun with 7 companions (maybe they were even hoping i would bite that hook) ... but the plot thickens ... soon the white hats will come riding in to save the day to debunk her BS and everyone can then point to another nut case promoting false planet X stories ... this time a credentialed NASA employee ... this will effectively prevent any future cases of NASA employees venting real information an added side effect of all of this ... the boy already cried wolf ... the photos she is showing are of comet ISON next to Jupiter ... calling it another sun ... and claiming it has 7 planets around it ... additionally claiming that it is "pushing a red cloud in front of it to mars" (some mumbo jumbo fairy tale science) which is a cover story for what i had been saying all along ... that comet ISON will change the atmosphere of mars and the majority chemical would be SO2 sulfur dioxide which is the most common chemical around Jupiter and in outer space is very red (remember comet shoemacker levy 9 ???) ... they are trying to head off at the pass my prediction that comet ISON will change the atmosphere of mars in its encounter with mars in september ... note the timing here ... that is a month away ... but NASA retains the official stance that there is nothing to watch regarding comet ISON until november when they have a team of high level scientists to pound the scientifically illiterate public with misinformation ... there are many other aspects to this bizarre story but these are the central issues ... jim mccanney P.S. when i listen to her talk she sounds like she is under mind control ... that is how mind control "victims" talk ... in a slow drone lifeless manner ... then again she could just be one of those brain dead tier II scientists

Oh I know. When I heard George talk about the earth becoming a star I got chills, and random flowing happy tears and went outside and told the earth that I was blessed to be here at this time. I know this sounds naïve and weird but I honestly can't tell when someone is not telling the truth. Especially if they come from a position of good intent and truly believe what they are putting forward. Instead of judging I just try to come from a point of gratitude for their contribution. I have had to learn to move out of the fear of dying and try to understand the amazing times we live in. In that a message rang loud and true to me. One that I never expected. Everything that we think we need or seek, we have already had in either this or many lifetimes before. Truly we want for nothing. We have experienced it all. We just need to trust that all is well and believe that what is meant to transpire for the best of all will happen. Even in this seemingly detached state we can still create. IMO the ideal thing would be not to limit that creation based on one's understanding but to leave it open ended and pliable. I am amazed when I process new knowledge and garner new empathy everyday. I would never wish to put a limit on all that can be learned.

There's videos of people burying campers--and I'm sure others getting motivated to prep for disaster after hearing the info, while there's numerous testamonials of people saying how helpful Teal is to them....I don't understand where your statement is coming from

Teal's message of a good loving attitude would serve anyone in the here & now especially--but every here & now past, present and future...while Patti's warnings will serve anyone who takes "best case" and gets prepared for worst case never hurt anyone, and will serve most people who don't go overboard (and god-forbid her having everything right!!)

I would like to know in retrospect what/who/why made Pattie come up with the conclusions she did. That perhaps would be the most interesting bit of information in this tour-de-campers.

Then perhaps it would make sense understand who wants to distract people and especially why with another doomsday scenario. Yesterday on Pattie Brassard's Facebook page she cryptically warned of a earth evacuation in November, 2014. Of course it created hundreds of replies, mostly by people trying to get her to explain in simple English what she was talking about.
She continued to type in one-sentence cryptic responses. I have determined that she is a fraud and is just fear-mongering for the thrill of it. I felt sorry for all those people who now think that several thousand ET spaceships are coming to rescue them from some sort of imminent death caused by something really cryptic lol! :)

regarding 'Patties' interview... I could not shake the idea I was listening to a man, no matter how hard I tried... very odd... not sure what that means (but there is lots of room for speculation...) As far as her status as a 'scientist' ... - not according to her own resume. Although it would be the envy of any computer geek, I saw nothing related to astronomy or anything remotely close to a BA, Masters or PhD in any pure science or anything at all... purely technical PC hardware, OS installation, networking, electronics, some military hardware, and it looked 90% PC networking hardware, OS installation. She's what I would call a hardware hack. The backbone staff of any corporation that maintains a computer network. And from the looks of it Microsoft (lower caste then Unix Admins)

My conclusion at this stage... I used to keep an eye on the greatglobalshift site using very strict discernment, until there was an undeniable amount of things that resonated as pure "fear porn" especially with the whole Planet X dialogue. I had actually mentioned the fact that Pattie was a "Troller" and was trying to generate fear with her followers, and quoted what Andrew Bartzis had mentioned about the whole ploy that was being generated by several different sites that were similar to greatglobalshift, and I had said that Andrew had explained that the Archon's and Reptilians were trying to get enough people to manifest their fears into a reality, but that there were positive allies that had made sure that that would not happen and that Nibiru would not be able to enter our realm of existence. Well I sh*t you not, but the very next day after I had posted that information the website had literally shutdown, and has never been accessible since then... So, it looks as though either by just mere coincidence, or the fact that I had blown the lid off of that "fear porn" somehow somebody had caught on an realized that the gig was up... That was awkward to say the least with how things transpired afterwards...
