My OBE Last Night

Those that read this , I welcome input , after two weeks of trying every night , I left my body last night ... I went to the future, this is what I saw... the time will come when if your doors are not locked , people will just walk in thinking nothing of it, out of desperation for survival they will come in groups of ten or fifteen ... the police won't answer , too busy with other things more important than you ... cell phones won't work , grid overload ... I watched an event in one location , feeling surrounded by a multi-layered sheild , I could fly through walls and float six inches off the ground, I then broke out into space and it was so beautiful , it brought tears to my soul ... It was warm and loving , peaceful ... that feeling you get when all the hairs on your body stand up , imagine that times ten with a warm blanket around you and it pulses gently but powerful , you move by thinking about moving, you can hear anything you want , I looked down at my feet and was wearing a white space looking thing with brown camel skin shoes, my legs moving didn't match the speed I was going, it was my mind trying to make sense of having no physical body ... the home was connected to a store front in a strip mall , they forgot to lock it and the masses came right in ... everyone should try to experience OBE , as you lay down close your eyes breath deep, and say when my body falls asleep my mind will stay awake, your heart will beat rapid thats normal, you may hear buzzing in your left ear, normal , stay calm and go in Love ... happy travels

Ghostrider, WoooooW! Congratulations. Was this your first OBE?? Amazing and powerful, no?? I have noticed that there are often 'time sequence anomalies' that occur during OBE. I have also noticed that many times I am viewing/participating in a 'real time' scenario. Does your senses tell you that it was definitely the future?? Could you have been viewing, say,,, events in Egypt. (I know that it is sometimes harder to tell than other times :))

Folks, this is the basic formula for OBE!! Close your eyes (deep relaxation) breath deep, (slowed, relaxed breathing is important in several ways.) and say when my body falls asleep my mind will stay awake (it is called an affirmation, and they can be very powerful tools when dealing with different levels of conscious awareness) your heart will beat rapid that's normal, (Indeed, your heart center (chakra) will be thumping/pulsing much faster than that of your heartbeat. Many folks go to see doctors because they think that their hearts are racing..) You may hear buzzing in you left ear, normal , stay calm and go in love. (Buzzing/pulsing/vibrating/electrical sensations/sounds, etc... try and 'relax into' these sensations.) Go in love,,, (definitely,,, love conquers fear,,, and you do not want to go into the astral with fear in your heart.)

The first part of you obe sounds kind of scary. It makes me think that the earth isn't the right place for humans. I've tried many times with no success to leave my body. I'm quite comfy with my feet on the ground. I may have left during dreams and such. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I saw much more but too fantastic to post, here just some , some sort of sacred elephant in India died , the people connected to it were in morning, on my trip to the sun , an ancient entity stopped me and told me I wasn't allowed to go around the sun yet , I'm still a baby ... another wise spirit greeted me in space sharing my awe at the stars how they look different without reflections from earth , I enjoy going right through glass without it breaking , I kept playing with that , and flying around without feeling any sort of gravity or resistance , I tell you the stars in space are overwhelming and soooo beautiful it takes your breath away ... once you get to sleep paralysis , breath normal and say in your mind , when my body falls asleep my mind will stay awake , it's tough , the point between sleep and just falling asleep is where you need total mental control of your thoughts , if they wander, bring them back to center and repeat the phrase in love , in peace, calm but mostly think Love ... took me two weeks , trying hard every night , there was a block , I felt it, like something was keeping me back... for me I need total darkness in the room and absolutely no sounds , light sleep attire , light blanket, no restrictions on top of the body ...breaking out is like blinking , boom your out, I think it's important to have a destination before you lay down ... i would encourage everyone to do this , every night , keep trying , don't give up , it is awesome ...

I like that. You can't go near the sun..you're still a baby. Instantly reminded me of what the Knox told SG1. The very young often don't do what they are told. Referring to humanity place in the universe as we haven't gained enough experience to move move humanity forward.

Few weeks ago I had OBE - with me it happens without trying.
It was like a dark time, maybe night, with rain, with lots of clouds, and wasps or bees flying in the shape of the dna spirals all around me, with some strange "buzzz" sound, or like in the matrix all those mini robots/machines flying in formations. I was puzzled. Not that scared, but feeling like i didn't like it. I climbed on a tree. I saw from above a group of people trying to create some sort of a circuit shortcut of the electric installation to be able to walk in the next house in line, my house, to rob it. The tree made me feel safer.
I think this partially overlaps with ghostrider's future.

yes , my plan was to go around the earth , then the sun , then to Erra in the pleadies... made it around earth, went towards the sun , and it was like an very powerful ancient spirit that calmly said not yet, forbidden for now , then I went to the past , back seven days to India ...this energy or entity whatever it was totally controlled the area of the sun , it had a whole different vibration and light about it , it wouldn't even let me look in that direction ,something is guarding our sun , it is protected , and only EMV's are allowed close to the sun ...this guardian of the sun doesn't care where I go just not near our fusion star ...you get the impression it's not up for debate, you just turn and go elsewhere ...it's light is golden and powerful and feels older and wiser than anything else in space ...I felt like a two year old getting the look from great grandfather saying ehummm stop ... and you stop ... i guess I met the gatekeeper of pure energy dunno , my mind was kinda blown and didn't think much at the time I was enjoying the layered vibrations around me , that shielded me from harmful radiations of space , keeping me warm , and pulsing with my heartbeat , the three vibrations all went in different directions and constantly changed directions flowing in little nano particles ...it is awesome to go through glass windows and instantly be in space looking at stars that dance like nothing you've ever imagined ...tonight I attempt to travel to Erra, don't know if it is possible to go to a different time space , but gonna try ...I'm going to try and see Quetzal the plejaren ishwich ...

my wife says I sleep like a dead person, nothing wakes me, I thought I left my body but never remembered it, I've been trying sooo hard to keep my mind awake when my body goes to sleep, it takes alot of mental focus, the mind wanders when your tired , and I'm usually lazy and fall alseep quick and easy , I'm really mellow most of the time , it works against me in OBE's ...this morning I thought I could remember everything but just recalled some , it was alot and it was overwhelming ... thanks for tip , got my little book handy now ... folks think i'm crazy, I do not care, surfing at night in spirit is soooo fun and free feeling ... no wonder bikers, hikers, and surfers do what they do, nothing else gives that rush and peace and free feeling ...

You are not more crazy than many of us here. But after defining crazy, I guess I prefer that to "normal" ;).

OBE during sleep are much more important than when you force them to appear, and also more natural and easy to achieve. Switching to right brain perception does help. I am constantly walking in a state of dreaming, with clear mind and unfocused on anything. I was ocused of being spaced out before, but I don't care, that is my natural state.
Deep slow breaths help too. With them you change your brain activity.
Too much physical stress during the day works against OBE and your overall energy balance.
And also, you are allowed to go to places for which you are ready. Your higher self or your guides will be watching over you and will not let you go where it is not safe.
We are just remembering about all of that but there are entities that are much more powerful and skilled, and you are still not to meet them right now, that is why the warning.

An addendum to Chocolate’s excellent advice:


Write down every morning the dreams [you think] you remember. Before opening your eyes try to remember the dreams you have just dreamed, than wake up fully and write them down. This will create a system for your mind to record and remember your OBEs.

When you first become aware that you are awake, lie perfectly still without opening your eyes. Recollect your night’s adventures as your mind clears without moving. Don’t roll over, don’t shift your posture, move your arms or legs, reach for your notebook, nothing, until you’ve grasped some of the wisps of your memories. Then begin writing them down.

The reason is a physiological one: gross muscle movement when you awaken is the body’s rapid nerve signal to the brain to switch over quickly from dream state into “all focus here/alert” mode. It quickly and safely wipes away your REM state to focus you “here” in the everyday. So linger a bit.

Just a little trick, especially if you are one of those people who can’t seem to remember your dreams or OBE’s.

I woke up this morning with "You can't go near the sun. You're still a baby." I was thinking about the meaning of this statement. The Stargate episode with the Knox calling us the very young. I don't want to come to any conculsions just maybe bat around some ideas.
I kind of tend to think that's an invatation for us to look at who we are as a species in the universe. As Avalonians we're not doing things by ourselves anymore. When one person is ill and there's a call for healing the response is always overwhelming. So maybe there's a way to start something that could grow outward. Seems daunting though. My negative Nells just reared his ugly head and told me that would be a waste of time. I'll see if I can work that into a conversasion later.

Frankly some of this discussion is disconcerting. How can one be sure that an OBE is happening with an orientation of light versus darkness? Astral projection can expose one to some malevolent entities who are not wearing "look out" signs. I would not want to try such things without an exceptional grounding in spiritual matters.

A personal grounding in these types of events is priceless. Many folks see the OBE as being something that comes with a certain level of 'attainment'. That is not the truth. For me, as well as others here at Avalon, the OBE is something that comes in a spontaneous manner. I spent many years trying to make it stop!! I have 'induced' the experience only a handful of times. They are mostly spontaneous. One will have difficulties in less dense astral environments, if one refuses to embrace the inevitable 'inward' journey that goes along with OBE. After learning to face many aspects of FEAR in the astral,, It became quite easy to face many fears right here in 3d reality. At least for me, I did not have the luxury of centering and/or grounding myself before theses experiences began to manifest. Take it for what it is,, :) I can promise you that I am a more 'whole' person for it all.

My Dear granny, yes, you have brought up an excellent point, and to answer it I will tell you that yes, there are many spending their lives in nut houses, because they did not have the knowledge of that which they could expect to find, when crossing into the Astral Realm. Most of it caused by artificial means, and precisely why I do not condone, artificial means to achieve astral projection. Tapes, CDs', videos, drugs like ayahuasca, can and will produce an out of body projection. But... they can also call things to the novice that they are NOT prepared to deal with. Natural is the ONLY safe way to go OB, cuz all those "creepy" little things fear us, when we go natural, cuz they don't like to threaten powerfull beings, and when you go natural, you are exibiting your power to them. This is why I keep emphasizing that WE, are Immortal Spirit Beings Of The Highest Order, and NOTHING can harm us. Immortal my dear!!! Nothing can harm that which is IMMORTAL. And that is the number one biggest secret in the world, that TPTB... DO NOT WANT US TO KNOW. yep! cc. Anyone... that tries to tell you difrntly... does NOT have your best interests at heart. We are, Immortal. This body, is not who we really are. This body is just a suit that we are wearing to have this physical experience. When we cross the line back into the Astral, we are back to our true Spirit form. Fear nothing. Confusion, insecurity, and fear, gives them permission to harm you. So go in the knowledge of your true Powerfull Spirit form, and NOTHING, can harm you.

So.. travel to your little ol hearts content in complete, Power, and Safety. The Astral is instantly "thought responsive", and YOU control all that you do there. So... get your "thinking" in order... and your "intentions" in order... before you go. Thinking on the fly, as you go, in the astral , is tough to do, so "think" before you go.

I could think of nothing else but my High Self, for 8 months before I got out, and guess where I went... the very first time. I haven't looked back since, and just keep moving forward by leaps and bounds. (for almost three years now)

Some people say the same thing about practicing Kundalini Yoga.

[my opinion]Though your caution seems logical, the vast vast majority of info written on Kundalini and probably OBEs too (I have only read a few books on OBE) show that it is safe, that these are normal and natural techniques to see beyond a 3D reality. For a nervous person, I think it might be very counterproductive to associate these experiences with fear. William Buhlman (for example) is adamant that we will not be harmed.

I suspect that very few of us have "exceptional grounding in spiritual matters." If many (most?) OBE researchers are correct, we probably all have OBEs - we just don't remember them. Getting into a state where we can remember them should add no risk.[/my opinion]

I was not going to share this OBE in my lifetime but I am being urged to by the small voice we all have in our heads when debating with ourself. March this year I had an OBE, the day before I was siting with a friend dicusssing all things Libya. In the conversation I stated that I would have liked to have a one on one with Muammar, he asked how would that ever happen, He's dead! making a joke of the conversation. Anyhow the next night when I went to sleep I ended up in a place I know well, When I walked in the front door I asked the out of place Blond woman where the owner was, I was directed to her but told time is limitied everyone here was to be crossed over in hours and another woman took my arm and led me into the living room and instructed me to disrobe, she would be back. This woman looked remarkably like my wife ( I say looked like because when I OBE or experience anything in a dream/spirit state I can be very blind, By not caring enough to get detailed focus on a persons facial features, almost like being blind in one eye, I know the subject is standing beside me but do not care what they look like) Anyway assuming this was a dream and not anything important I disrobed thinking my wife would soon enter the room in some sort of lavish costume, she did not, The woman did return But with Muammar I was told to disrobe to make sure I was not bringing anything into the conversation considered harmfull to the crossing. It did not bother me, at first he was very apprehensive about opening up his mind for a conversation, he assumed I was there to tell him how wrong he was that he was a monster etc etc, the usual an illinformed sheep would say. When I spoke about the things he had done right, the good he did for his country His attitude changed, the conversation took approximatly 2 hours we discussed everything from his children to his cross over. At the end of it he asked for a favor which is what I am doing now, he did not care if I ever spoke this aloud because many wouldn't believe it anyway. I was suposed to give this message in march, I was never going to , here it is now anyway.

To the leadership who now govern Libya I forgive you, good luck at running the country and keeping the country owned by its people. All of you do not realize it is you who have made it possible for me to cross into the heaven we all have a chance at reaching. After he went and got something,a minute or so later when he returned he handed me something writen , it looked like a fortune cookie message,I stuffed it in my pocket while he gave me the hug and cheek kiss treatment (i was redressed by then). I watched him and about 40 others cross through into a whitish light energy, one after the other even the woman whom I thought was my wife, smiled at me before crossing and saying she was 1 of the 72. I never read what was on the paper before being pulled back and waking up to the sound of the cracking whip.

I do not consider myself Psychic, a channeller or a remote viewer I know this was an OBE by the way it ended, the way I wake up out of one, Cracking of the whip/silver chord to yank you back into your body. This was the first one of 2013 I have had 4 total so far this one being the most pleasant..

Thank you for your thoughtful response. Generally I don't know where I go at night. Years ago, I did some lucid dreaming to correct a fear of snakes. Preplanned it so that when the snake was about to strike, I reached out and grabbed it and it turned into a circle. It represented my fear of my creative energy. No longer did I freak out at a glossy snake photo in a magazine or book but I still find it bizarre when some dude walks down a street with a large snake draped over his arms.

Also when in design school, if I was having difficulty with a design assignment, I would just sleep on and would have the solution in the morning when I awoke. This seemed perfectly normal to me yet unusual to my classmates.

With a lover after our first sexual expression when I was fifty, I became aware of a previous life together and how it was linked to a piece of PreColumbian lace that I have. As the relationship developed, he sometimes complained that I took off so quickly after going to sleep that he had difficulty keeping up. And this was a man who wasn't into metaphysics. So I guess I am a closet version of an OBE.

Several years ago in my mid sixties, someone sitting at computer console appeared near my bed and asked if I was ready to leave yet and she left my field of vision when I said no.

After several recent surgeries I do have days when I wished I had departed. Nevertheless I feel that this was a group that would accept me but I am not sure I wanted to be with them- could have been black ops. Plus I have had a few bleed throughs that might indicate some implants by unknown forces and others trying to warn me.

So I guess you may be right that we travel and experience OBEs without conscious awareness. It seems to me, that life on this planet is wacky enough without inviting more complexity into one's life. In some cases an OBE seems to be a status symbol that doesn't cost what only the one percenters can afford. With that as intention, I suspect that such a person would have a wail of a confusing ride. and perhaps become a captive of dark astral or black ops forces.

I guess when I die, I don't want to be deceived by the guile of questionable entities. We have had enough of that when Charles was an Avalon member and so many people flocked to him like he was the Pied Piper. So much desperation and too little discernment.

And I have the same fears for some folks' desire for conscious OBEs. I hope that they will really examine their motives and thus draw helpers that do have their best interests at heart.

There is always more to explore and discover in this infinite universe. But to call OBEs 'dreams' is a rather dismissive and innacurate way to talk about it, I think. It seems that beings out there are always surprised when we humans are proficient at these things, because it seems to me we are *expected* to be doing these things, and for the most part, we aren't. That's part of the reason why this planet is in such a lowly state. Of course, there are many veils of illusion that one must go through, I think. Especially when it comes to the lower astral. But just dismissing any attempts at investigating as a waste of time unless it fits into your belief system does not seem helpful.

I've been writing down my dreams as often as I can but still no OBE. I ask for an OBE as I'm falling asleep a few nights a week but still no luck. I will say to myself "Dear spirit guides, if it is the right time I would like to experience an OBE, thank you." Something along those lines. Maybe I should try to be more affirmative about it like what you did with the letting the body go to sleep while the mind stays awake? Honestly I'm the kind of person who somewhat fears doing things for the first time because of an unknown outcome but I know that once I have one that fear will no longer exist and that I will want to do it every single night. I just need to get over that hump.

And OBE, is the perfect "manner" to seek with. cc.

That Communion with HS/Source, that I'm always talkin about, is what this means. Once you attain that Communion, all things will be "added" to you. This was what "I" saw, when I first watched that video, that changed my life. I had found the KEY... to Immortality. I had found the KEY... to: "Seek ye first the kingdom God, and all things shall be added to you"!!

Seek total 24/7's Communion with HS/Source... and there are no "Limits"...

HS... is our "Individual" link to Source. Our very own HS, is an independent, individual, aspect of Source and its' only "job" is to serve us... individually... and give us "anything" we learn how to ask for... simple.

Seek first... HS... the you can go play in the Astral... and have YOUR HS/Source, sittin on your shoulder as your very own guide and protector.

You can go explore the Universe, to interact with other races, on other planets, with HS as your interpretor. You can explore the absolutely astounding beauty of it all by going out there and seeing for yourself, that Pictures do not even come close to, just as ghostrider has discovered.

Oh ya... and ... here is the tricky part... certainly ther's a tricky part... cc. which till now, I... have not mentioned.. others have.. but you none of you seem to listen to them, any more than me, so I will mention it here, just sos ya know... just somethin else ya might ponder on your journey.

Your HS is monitering everything that you do... and IT is telling you, and "requiring you, to do some "clearing". Are any of you listening? I had to, before getting OB. That's what took me 7 months to do. ccc. That's when I dumped "everything" I thought I knew.

Clearly this statement is coming from a biblical,, Christian,, perspective. I do not fall for these kinds of things.

You can take me to task. The statement "Seek ye first, the kingdom of god, and all things will be added." Is FALSE, brother... :) I have sought the kingdom of god, with my whole heart,,,, nothing,,, Yet, while out of body,,, in 'true' form,,, IN MY OWN KINGDOM, and all that IS,,,, and only through my experience and the embracing of my experiences,,, will ANYTHING be added.

God could come down right now and sit you down and explain all of the mysteries of the universe,,, once he 'leaves your space',,, it is YOU who have to pick yourself up. It is YOU who have to accept, and embrace the experiences in your life. Not GOD!!! There is no magical KINGDOM that is going to save you!!! There is no magical KINGDOM that is ever going to ADD anything to you.
