Hedge funds, insider traders begin dumping Monsanto stock as reality of GMOs sinks in across Wall Street

While I would agree it sounds like good news, remember, the entity known currently as Monsanto is not entirely composed of the pieces of paper (or more accurately, the electronic "shares" on the "books") that represent it.
"Equity shares" of a company (aka stock) mimics currency and any other paper security--their value has less and less basis in reality by the second, as our finance industry moves further and further from any sort of reality into being entirely faith-based, I believe we are nearly all the way there.
I feel it is important to always differentiate the actual entity itself from the pieces of paper (speculation, mostly) created from or based on it....

That is correct. Equity holders of common stock do not have ownership shares of Monsanto. The "preferred" shares are held by the elite. The actual equity shares are also held by Maiden Lane and the DTCC clearing house, so those who trade or hold common shares do not have access to the actual shares, but are buying "equitable rights" from their brokers without having anything of value attached.
So those who "think" movements in common stock have anything at all to do with anything, are playing into the "ownership" lie and the asset lie. Wall Street moves common stocks based on computer algorithms in order to manipulate currencies and extract the most from the average investor. It's a ponzi scheme.
Just look at Microsoft today. Someone bought a big block of September 33 calls last week, and today Ballmer announces he is retiring, and the calls go from 23 cents to 1.50, a 6.52 times profit. So, lets say you "knew" what was going to happen today, you took 10,000 and bought calls, today your 10,000 would be worth 65,217.
Not bad for a days work.

Monsanto has done more damage to this planet than any company I've read about.... Even if they disappeared today, the damage is done. We have eaten a lot of GMO corn...

Well, I'm not expecting the top executives of MonSatan to be applying for public assistance anytime soon, but overall this has got to be good news. It demonstrates an awareness even on Wall Street of what MonSatan is doing and aside from that, we are winning the war on GMO labeling... it is all but inevitable, because the people have spoken :)
Looks like all those petitions we've signed weren't a waste of time and effort.
It's all downhill for MonSatan from here :becky:

No, no awareness of evil monsanto on the trading floor, cause they do not care. Someone somewhere is aware of something coming, either in the overall economy or a potential lawsuit somewhere that would be devastating, on round up for example. Something else is steaming, but what?

Monsanto cannot sell their GMOs around the world anymore so they are now directing it into feed and foodstuff right here in the good ole currupt USA. Better to poison the populace than to loose profit.
Peace!

an update.the tug pilot ray..called yesterday.we been keeping track of that corn beeing shipped back.it was suppose to be last years harvest.gott to see some paper work on it.the corn is 2 to 3 years old.also..they just started laying lime on the banks where hes been working along the river.basicly preparing for twenty millon bushell of corn to be stored in a silage type of settings.also hes noted atleast three tagged loads that were paper worked as non GMOs.also have list of the companys where some of this corn is and was beeing dropped off at.cant post em..dont want no heat on my friend.they are major additive processing plants.ffor human consumption and animal feed.twenty million bushell is the projected harvest for this years corn crop in this area and then some.
