It's called a defensive ego attack, and we've all had them. Just another hurdle to be aware of when making decisions or thinking things through. Most times looking at the big picture, as far as your vision can expand, will release some steam, and allow you to get quiet for a moment of contemplation.

Like an energy surge plug, sometimes it's good to have a ground wire on the flow, to absorb, and decipher if it's ego, or Memorex.

Take good care of yourself, we need you sound and sane. Your décisions of seeing a medical professionnel is a courageous and sane one, in my opinion, since there is so much bad mouthing about them. Some are just here to help and I am sure your will fall on such an individual.
