Hey Henry,

I think I may have asked you on how you pray, great response in this post, whenever i conclude a prayer I always feel embarrassed because I feel like I shouldn't be praying for it as it is like part of the grand plan and who am i to judge? Does that make sense? I start with purpose and by the end it is like, well ok, there could be a reason as to why it is like it is and we must fight through it etc, then I apologise for time wasting and feel foolish. An example would be to allow more people to break from the shell and experience beyond the lies that they are currently in, then I think well it isn't my responsibility because it is up to them to want to break free and I can't place my view of the world onto them as it is not my place.

It is even stranger now that i have written this down.

Ye, definitely profound effect sometimes. I get fits of laughter at silly stuff after praying or meditating at times and sometimes its contageous. The same might go for the health effects.

I ran across this today...the mantra/invocation as taught by Henry Laurency, Way of Man 9:
