High amount of fluoride in Green and black teas

I read somewhere that the flouride compound in tea is not so harmful as the others. I think the one in tea was
calciumflouride while the other in water/toothpaste etc. is sodiumflouride. Not sure, please check yourself.

Just be sure to take supplemental iodine to protect your thyroid. Imperative, non-negotiable.

Add aluminum to fluoride and you have a deadly thyroid killer. Do not use antiperspirant!
