@ 2:00 he says China may have a Sputnik moment.... when they plant their flag on the moon... Ours is already there?...or is it not?

Two other things he says:
"This is historic, we're launching it from Virginia etc..."
We're... we're? Maybe he meant 'we're' as in 'us', the USA. Or he's just a representative and mouthpiece for TPTB, and 'we're' doing this.
"We have to know more about the atmosphere," (of the moon), and "give us the latest information about the dust, the atmosphere..."
Interesting indeed, when you consider that the moon, for all that we've been told, doesn't have an atmosphere.
