9 feet of small intestine...

How little small intestine can a cancer patient be left with and still be viable ?

I can't find anything on the web which will assist with my question.

Does length grow over time (my sister with Spina Bifida is displaying about 1/8" per year of nerve growth long term average, wondering same about other stuff).

A friend is battling gaining nutrition at the present time, having all bar 9 feet of intestine removed.

Sorry to hear about your sister. Yes, they can survive, but the food must be blended to ensure fiber going through remaining and non-pesticide veggies and fruits juices. Can't even trust V8 anymore because of the preservatives and now the can looks like a soda can's ingredients to keep fresh?

If your use the this method, she's assured her vitamins to keep her body health, and I feel you about caring about someone with illness. The worrying about what little rights they have is heartbreakingly silent. WE must set the bar for this and years to come for our children. Natural, or go home. Blender...the best way to go.
Blend the ABC drink....a for apple, b for beet root, c for carrot. All raw.
