UPDATE: Seems an AR-15 may of not even been involved in this shooting.


However, federal law enforcement sources told CNN Tuesday that authorities have recovered three weapons from the scene of the mass shooting,including one -- a shotgun -- that investigators believe Alexis brought in to the compound. The other two weapons, which sources say were handguns, may have been taken from guards at the Navy complex.
The sources, who have detailed knowledge of the investigation, cautioned that initial information that an AR-15 was used in the shootings may have been incorrect. It is believed that Alexis had rented an AR-15, but returned it before Monday morning's shootings. Authorities are still investigating precisely how many weapons Alexis had access to and when.

At most, the sudden death of a rocket scientist and environmental entrepreneur might have attracted the notice of some in the professional community, but in the case of Dr. Fred Bell, it was the seemingly final act on the stage of a media-driven conspiracy investigation.

The media aspect was a Discovery Channel series, “Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura,” former governor of Minnesota and proponent of the theory that the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center towers was literally an inside job. Now he wonders if the cause was a so-called Death Ray as a result of an investigation begun by Bell.

Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1943, Bell lived in East Long Beach, steps south of Heartwell Park in the late 60s and early 70s. It was there where he married, had a daughter and involved himself in early new age experiments with what he called pyramid power.

Over the years, Bell created pyramid headgear, the benefits of which he continued to champion for decades through his website and which he also sold commercially. Bell was also involved in aviation and on at least one occasion, was recalled as suffering from the effects of vertigo after one flight.

He described himself as a descendant of Alexander Graham Bell and evidenced a knack for invention. At the end of his marriage, Dr. Bell moved from Long Beach to Laurel Canyon, an area certainly more conducive to his new age proclivities, then to Laguna Beach.

Dr. Bell was portrayed on “Conspiracy Theory” as the first source and likely the impetus of the episode about the Death Ray, first attributed to Nikola Tesla, who according to Bell began the project in 1900.

A narrative in the program alleged “evidence a government faction stole the Death Ray weapon and used it to develop a powerful device and may have used it to take down the World Trade tower.”
In an opening scene, Ventura spoke with Bell, who was identified as a NASA rocket scientist, who “helped develop that ray.”

In their conversation, Bell stated such a ray “completely destroys matter. It becomes anti-matter. A whole city could go.” But Bell added in a bursting style of speech, “you could create a protection around a city,” which Ventura compared to Ronald Reagan’s Star Wars anti-missile system, an early template for the Iron Dome currently in use as an anti-missile system by the Israel military.
Ventura noted to Bell, “people get killed giving up this type of information.” He then asked, “aren’t you in fear for your life?” Bell didn’t appear concerned about any danger. “Sometimes they seek favors from me. Sometimes something is necessary and I’ll go help with it.”

In advancing the conspiracy aspect of the program, Ventura stated, the ray “stops the heart. The coroner calls it natural causes.” Later in the program, Ventura stated that most of the scientists who worked with the Death Ray had died, some of which were attributed to those same natural causes. Clearly those comments were placed to set up the ending of the program.

According to Bell’s younger daughter, Megan, “I know that when he was in the Air Force he was working on a government project called project ‘Bluebird’ and also that he would write up his experiences with UFO’s and the government would shred it all. After the Air Force he continued to work for the government as a civilian.”

Toward the end of the mid-November TruTV “Conspiracy Theory” episode, Ventura stated “two days after I met him, I got the phone call.” Dr. Fred Bell “dropped dead” in his Minneapolis hotel room on Sept. 25, 2011. According to Megan Bell, his death was attributed to “heart cardiomegaly with four chamber dilation, heart and artery disease, and obesity.”

The final ten minutes of the program were devoted to this development, with Ventura asserting, “the coroner said ‘natural causes.’” Ventura described the death as something “that shakes me to the core. Dr. Fred Bell dying two days after our interview was one of those moments. It seems people involved with Death Ray technology wind up dead.”

In an emailed statement, Megan stated “Dr. Fred Bell, a practicing naturopath, scientist, environmentalist, inventor, performing world-class musician, internationally known speaker and founder of Pyradyne, has been changing the world since 1975. Dr. Bell spent his lifetime creating technologies that not only help people become more aware of the world around them, but also heal and stop the effects of such toxins as radiation, stress, exposure to ELF and EMF frequencies and many other toxic environmental chemicals affecting your body every day.”

Megan Bell further stated, “Dr. Fred Bell devoted his life to helping others, and now Megan will do the same. Pyradyne is currently working on the next generation of health supplements and vitamins.”

About her father’s death, Megan Bell concluded, “It was extremely heartbreaking and sad to deal with at that time, and it is still ongoing.”

It's about the NAFTA highway (other countries:AFTA, CAFTA, etc...). Land that lays on either side of the NAFTA Highway has been sold to countries and corporations from all over the world. Moon, Bush and baby Bush (remember their land grabbing) own 100's of thousands of acres in South America on this highway. Currently, there is a bottleneck in Texas but who can really expect that to stand for long... it's OK for now but...

A para-military army - the Department of Homeland Security (DHLS) - was created to protect those interests, ridding the U.S. of those pesky 1st and 2nd Amendments is also meant to protect foreign and domestic NAFTA "interests." Lots of investors here! Lots of important investors! Why in the world does anyone think the world would allow the U.S. government to write a rubber check? This also explains the reason our government has allowed foreign military and UN forces into our country.

Of course, this has been happening for the last almost twenty years but it seems most Americans don't have a clue how people in government and other nations have personally invested. It's tough to find out exactly who owns land. Augh, and then there is Obama Care. Make 'em think they've got a little something. So, will there be a revolution or, will there be a civil war? Will the DHLS fire on it's own or, turn their backs on their own countrymen. Will the DHLS be infiltrated with foreign military personnel? Etc, etc, etc... ad nausea. Will the 2nd Amendment be augmented or striped from Americans? Any bets on how that's all gonna go down? Of course, there's always money.

Spending a few million investing in solar companies (a sad excuse for the energy issues we all face) was a quick way to appease and draw in the environmentalists under "sustainable solutions" when we all know Sustainests know there are better plasma and zero-point solutions to the energy problem but they are cowed by the PTB, and settle for funding lesser solutions.

The oil pipeline will get built the rest of the way... its all a matter of timing. There's more I'm sure we can all figure out.

Conspiracy Theories Abound After Navy Yard Shooting

Washington Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis had been receiving mental health treatment, had anger management issues, and told Rhode Island police that he had been hearing voices and was being harassed through microwave mind control. Most people who heard that needed no further explanation for Monday’s tragic events. They understood the 12 deaths and eight injuries to be the sad result of severe mental illness, perhaps even paranoid schizophrenia.

But before (and even after) the details of Alexis’ difficult past emerged, many people on the fringe had instead opted for a range of conspiracy theories — just as they did in the Sandy Hook massacre, the Aurora, CO movie theatre shooting, and even 9/11. The conflicting reports as to whether the shooter was a civilian or a servicemember, the number of shooters involved, the incorrect identification of the suspect, and a whole host of other unanswered questions were all fodder for conspiracy theorists of varying intensity to take to Twitter, YouTube, discussion boards, blogs, and other online outlets to assert the sometimes absurd and the sometimes plausible.

Some conspiracists suggest that Alexis was a “targeted individual,” or “TI,” the term-of-art used by anguished people who believe they’re being “gang stalked” by shadowy enemies, often in the government. The elements of Alexis’ police report — covert microwave weapons, conspiracies and sleep disturbances — are common elements in gang stalking accounts. (Of course, they’re also common elements in schizophrenia.) But even believers in those accounts didn’t support Alexis’ violent rampage. “Aaron is a murderer. I do not agree on any level with his actions or guns,” writes one poster to gang stalking forum. “But this story has more evidence than most pointing to the use of microwave weapons, gang-stalking.”

Another writes: “Using Aaron Alexis as an example could look bad, after all he killed 12 people. He had made a choice to keep and use guns. I would hope any real TI would see the danger in keeping a gun. The perps could influence you or even just take over your body, and make you use that gun on someone else, maybe even a loved one.”

The microwave weaponry theory would be just as absurd as some of the other conspiracies if the Pentagon hadn’t been researching the possibility of using similar voice-projection technology in the past as a nonlethal weapon.

According to one report on the project, such a weapon would create a condition similar to schizophrenia. “Application of the microwave hearing technology could facilitate a private message transmission. It may be useful to provide a disruptive condition to a person not aware of the technology. Not only might it be disruptive to the sense of hearing, it could be psychologically devastating if one suddenly heard ‘voices within one’s head.’”

Of course, the chances of mental illness versus microwave mind control greatly favor the former

Agents from the U.S. military’s criminal investigation units had uncovered a plot to detonate a nuclear device in the heart of the
nation’s capitol as part of an Obama government false flag. Officials from NCIS (United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service) and the U.S. Office of the Provost (both with field offices inside the Washington DC Navy Yard) had threatened to arrest Obama for planning to attacked Syria without Congressional approval following a planned nuclear detonation false flag in Washington DC. The Office of the Provost is on the second floor of Building 34, One First Avenue, Charlestown Navy Yard and NCIS is located at 716 SICARD STREET SE, SUITE 2000, WASHINGTON NAVY YARD, DC .

The United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service ( NCIS) is the primary law enforcement agency of the United States Department of the Navy. It investigates activities concerning crimes against or by United States Navy and United States Marine Corps personnel, along with national security, counter-intelligence, and counter-terrorism cases . A false flag is the crime of treason – levying war against the United States. If United States Navy or United States Marine Corps personnel are involved in planning for and preparing a false flag event in Washington DC or anywhere else in the United States, NCIS and its agents are duty bound to investigate and take action to counter those
terrorist acts against the United States. Prior to the Washington DC Navy Yard shooting the Joint Chief of Staff and Provost Marshals were planning and preparing to arrest Obama for treason. For levying war against the United States with a planned false flag in Washington DC on the anniversary of 9/11 – a nuclear detonation.

In the United States the Office of the Provost has the authority to arrest the President if he or she violates the terms of his/her employment, or commits an act that is detrimental to the United States. He/she can be held liable, arrested, imprisoned etc., depending on the depth of the violation, by the Provost Marshal. If it has been determined that the president of the United States has committed treason in a manner unmistakable to all, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff convenes a covert meeting (in this case the Washington DC Navy Yard) to get a vote of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The Provost Marshall General of the Army and/or Marines will usually be in attendance.
Remember that a military officer takes an oath of office to do one thing and one thing only – “……. to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign OR DOMESTIC .” They must determine above a reasonable doubt that the enemy domestic is the treasonous president before they can attempt to arrest him or her.

Once the Joint Chiefs of Staff have determined beyond a reasonable doubt that the president has committed treason a convoy of 10 to 12 HIGH ranking officers (13 killed at the Navy Yard) depart the Pentagon, accompanied by a large contingency of Military Police (Provost Marshals, NCIS agents) and all necessary armament and provisions to enter the grounds of the White House, by FORCE if necessary, and proceed to the location of the president and put him under arrest. Then, The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff would advise the Speaker of The House, The President of the Senate, The Attorney General and the Secretary of State of their actions. Obama’s response to the threat of
arrest was a coordinated assault against NCIS agents who uncovered the false flag plot against the United States and Provost Marshals who threatened to arrest Obama at the Washington DC Navy Yard.

Have you wondered why not all of the names and the rank of those who were killed in the assault have been released? The White House (Obama) ordered their names and rank
classified as it would raise alarm bells in Washington DC should the public know Joint Chiefs of Staff members, Provost Marshals and NCIS agents were targeted and killed for
threatening to arrest Obama for treason. The White House is claiming that the names of those killed are being withheld pending next of kin notification.

On September 28, 2009 the History Channel released a movie titled “ Day After Disaster “. The entire movie is about Washington DC being the target and victim of a nuclear detonation.
