NSA reform bill to trim back US surveillance unveiled in Congress
Ron Wyden says Snowden disclosures have 'caused a sea change' and announces most comprehensive package so far.

They are in violation of the law now, will the supposed bill just force the treasonous agencies further down the covert hole? Question is who is being held accountable and being prosecuted for these crimes ? Treason is a serious crime and so far the only attempt to address it is to stifle the wistle blowers and allow the tyrants to walk. This is a wait and see subject. IMHO

Perhaps it suit the PTB to have some surveillance switched off? What/why would that be do you think- November exercises?
Nothing happens that they don't allow to happen, we must quietly look for signs and be prepared with the next sideways step.
