Unfortunately its pretty obvious how this fraud works.

Petrol floats on water.
Many carburettors draw fuel from above the bottom of the fuel bowl, ie they will never be completely empty of fuel unless the carburettor is removed and disassembled, or left to dry in the sun for weeks.

You put on a big show of running the bowl dry after disconnecting the fuel line, then crank it for ages to 'prove' there is no fuel.

You pour water in the fuel line/bowl to 'prove' there is no fuel left, then plug the line. This has the effect of raising the remaining fuel to the top of the carburettor.

You faff about with your 'free energy device' cranking the car occasionally.

After a set amount of revolutions (you could do it beforehand to check) the water in the carburettor will be low enough that the little bit of fuel (10-20mL) that had been raised to the top of the carby will be drawn into the engine and it will fire for a few seconds.

The engine will cough and fart as per the video.

I do believe that Hydrogen and Oxygen can be extracted from water over unity, but this isn't it, Joe is a fraud.

20 years ago, I was the project manager on a hydrogen generation plant that took coal fired electricity and made it into hydrogen, to insulate high voltage generators.

Water is pretty keen on it's hydrogen and oxygen staying together, so takes a lot of energy to break.

Burn fossil fuels at 25-40% efficiency,convert to electricity, convert to hydrogen (have the Knowles Cell constants somewhere in my garbage), then burn it in an IC engine at 25% efficiency...just plain doesn't work thermodynamically.

Happy for some novel energy process to be entertained, but mimicking hydrolisis isn't really it...IMO

Most of these techs can work and as stated some are good and others arent.

Stan Meyer and Geet pioneered great technology and the fact one was murdered and the other in mental hospital proves it. However lets look at the one thing holding back somany astounding tech advances. The Oil Barrons. A multi trillion dollar industry. They will scour the earth for technology that may contradict their business and either buy it out or as Stan Meyer found out ...

The Geet unit is the most viable and it most definitely works. You can get the plans on line and build the unit for your self , the only problem is Tunung the unit. This is why so many attempts fail. You must have not only intricate knowledge how the machine " likes " to breathe but also a sort of " feel " for tuning it. Once the mixtures are right from vapor induction and exhaust back bressure the machine works extremely well.

But there are much better technologies using our most abundant energy matrix which are Gravity and Magnetic Flux. (for clean energy ) the technology exists to build and manintain such machines. If you honestly think all of your electrical stations are using fossil fuels to generate energy think again. If i can create a device using crude technology and convert the energy of a 24 volt 550 watt motor to turn a home made device and put out almost 6000 volts over 6 phases at 21 amps per phase then im sure they can do a whole lot better.

But lets take a step back and look at this situation from a Warriors perspective. You might think thats silly but bear with me. The Energy problem is possibly THE most important issue we face. The holders of the Energy septre ( oiligarks ) guard this with great armies. This is what the war on terror game is all about. Its a huge industry and dont think for a second they are goning to let it go. Look at the lengths they go to in iraq , syria , egypt and all the oil rich countries which they wish to centralise. Oil is true money , it is true currency as its built on toil ( labour ) which has value.

Now like any army or warrior it would be wise in modern warfare than instead of thinking BIG and introducing a very obvious technology it would be wise to think small and introduce a tiny little device that is inside another device that is not even sold as a device that is for energy creation. Its a by product of another machines machination however once enough of these little units are sold and the technology is spread ( like a virus ) the tipping point would be a trigger. The trigger i wont go into right now but when you hear it youll know why i kept it from you ... for now.

The problem with energy devices are not that the technology dosent exist yet.. if i can make these devices from plans on the net and you tube and power my home and workshops and have for years then anybody can. The problem is doing it covertly. Dont attract attention to BIG plans.. as a warrior of peace you need to learn to infiltrate and infect cancers with small viruses ( called technology )

OK now in the mean time it would be wise to send squrmishes and multiple fronts via other technologies that remove power from your enemy. I would refer to Ethanol. ( its a means to an end ) Ethanol is a good alternative while this will keep them busy in the back ground we prepare the true technologies to take over and roll it out through the flanks .. get my meaning ?

fuel cells were suddenly tossed aside when Gas boys realized 0 needs to be used.

the compression rate needs to be changed in an engine for it to go 100% but you can run a 15% gas mixture in low torque operations

modify a Prius engine making it waterproof

start running it on HHO

lift the front wheels and attach a windmill to each side

run in electric mode, the HHO engine will only be used for recharging the batteries, the energy created will power neighborhoods...

Personally i wouldnt touch Hydrogen .. it would just make a total mess of obtaining water freely.. yes its a good clean way to make energy , definitely , however it puts water in the firing line of being made an even more valuable substance and i dont think we want to muck with that.
