‘One jail in Missouri has implemented new “stun cuffs” to keep rowdy inmates in line,
because apparently it is just too much to ask of prison guards (who can make six-
figures in overtime and bonuses in states like California) to get up on their own two feet
and administer a shock themselves. That is only IF such an action is absolutely
necessary.

What is scary about this new technology is the incredible potential for abuse, since the
mere press of a button will administer 80,000 volts through the wearers body. Oh, I see
one of your feet is an inch over the red line! SHOCK. Oh, I see you didn’t shine the

That police officer shoulda known better. As for the neighbor, IMO it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Kids are noisy, and she didn't want to hear it.

When I was a kid, the whole neighbourhood was my play area and my parents never worried. Every person in the neighbourhood looked out for the kids. It's kinda like that in the countryside where I now live though we live far apart from our neighbours. When my husband left my neighbours assured me that they would watch out for me. It was a lovely gesture. What's happening in this world that neighbours call the police for any little occurrence! Sorry, this is getting off topic but it's right in line with inflicting pain on people.

Gosh, I would have been arrested times and times over, and my neighbours too. The street is filled with kids. And I also Watch my neighbour's house and vice versa when we go on vacations. Once, my nasty neighbour (on one side, yes I have one, and old heartless definitely self service being) shouted at my daughter and I arranged it so that it never happens again (told him his balcony was not legal and I would ask the city to visit - expensive stuff - if he ever does that again. He can speak to me instead.)

Man is defined as "man and other animals" in their legal texts, according to Alfred Adask... and he is quite adamant that the grammar has only one meaning, they have slipped in there that man IS an animal.
