i recently listened to a video this week....where this person explains a simple way a person can discover pieces of their shadow self. pieces of themselves that are not currently able to express themselves, in order to fully be balanced in life.

if you dont catch the jist first time around listen again and write down examples to help you take this offline. i really liked it.

and yes, teal is pretty, so now that you know, ignore it. and listen to the msg.:pray::wizard:

Yes, Teal is one of the most important voices in these times. I completely agree with you.

I like Teal, although she looks very different;), she reminds me of the late Stuart Wilde. She has that same sharpness, a spontaneity and fluidity where she seems to have an in depth opinion on everything. Sometimes I am not totally in agreement, but there is always enough that I am interested in what she has to say.

I had heard about these shadow work videos she has made and was going to hunt them out, but looks like you did it for me. Have not watched it yet but thanks for that sway
