Interesting side note, from my perspective when they discuss the three Hindu gods and one being Shiva, the destroyer. They show her with weapons in her hands, and I feel this is very much twisted. Mans weapons--HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. Its all about transformation--vibration--sound--a wielding of source power that compared to mans weapons IS LAUGHABLE. And it has nothing to do with "power" in the sense we have been conditioned---its more about CREATING, NOT DESTROYING

This is very interesting.. I've had a lot of strange (& awesome) experiences in life that involved the number 3 & sequences of 3's. Also a lot of 3's (rather numbers, objects, it's always some kind of symbolic significance surrounding '3') in my lucid dream states, the dreams where I felt like I was receiving some kind of important message I need to pay attention to. I've always wondered why it may be.

The Khechari Mudra, mentioned above, can kill you. LITERALLY. Why wasn't that mentioned in the post?

This is one yoga practice that is dangerous and shouldn't be done alone and without supervision!!! It is very complex, long and specific practice, It is rarely mentioned outside specific circles.
I will not get into details, because I don't want to spike attention to this, but you can easily cause yourself to close-circuit your electrical energy. You can fry your body. Instead of gaining the extra knowledge mentioned.

Every time when I read things like that I am amazed to see how people can recommend things without actual practical experience and knowledge.
