Capitol police said Thursday that shots were reported fired outside the Capitol and all staffers were warned to stay inside and away from doors.

“There’s a report of gunfire on Capitol Hill. If you are in an office building, shelter in place,” an audio message broadcast to Capitol offices said, also warning those on the grounds outside to seek cover. All building entrances were locked down and police said nobody was allowed to come or go.

Very sad. Prayers of peace and tranquility to the lady who got killed and to the baby. It may be a little too early to determine the details, the 'convenience' of the story, however, is quite evident, the motive of the lady is unclear at this point, especially when having a baby with her.

It is known that people can be driven to act in certain ways, that is no secret.

It will be easier to draw conclusions from the way the media and the police will present their case in the coming few days and how they will "sell" this story to the public.

Gosh, I passed the US/Canada border once, going back to Canada, so on the Canadian side (they are not as nasty) without stopping, I was listening to radio and daydreaming. Realized what I did when I heard the sirenes and stopped, but gosh, am I happy they did not fire.

I saw some information from alex jones at infowars , the lady with her kid was in D.C. running some errands and came to a checkpoint the police had set up and it freaked her out and she went around the make shift barrier and bumped it with her car, then a mass of law enforcement took after her , she was unarmed and they killed her in front of her child for avoiding a police checkpoint ... This is really sad. From what I see she was befuddled and confused and died for it. It makes me sick. I keep asking myself, why not shoot out her tires if you feel she is a threat instead of shooting her in front of her baby.Yes Flash, I believe they will make her to be a mental case. But from the looks of the video, she felt she did something wrong and panicked trying to get away. They chased and hunted and now she is gone. It is easy to see what is happening in this country. I have made similar mistakes myself and not noticed barracades and even driven down a one way street when confused about a detour. The officers only pointed and shook their heads like I was dumb which was bad enough. I can't help but feel this may have been one of those same cases and then they got all trigger happy. I wonder how people will react to this.
