If I Can Ask A Question? Why Do I See Pacific Clouds Avoiding USA Coast Going Into CANADA?

In the last Week when I get the Weather Channel and Canadian Pacific Satellite Maps on my Screen. I can see a lot of Cloudiness over Hawaii at a Latitude of ? 38 degrees Latitude. I live at a Latitude of 47 in Aberdeen, Washington. Almost everything, more than a week (Really like Months.) I keep seeing what always is more clearing Off the Coast of California, Up into Oregon and Washington. Then it Ends Right at Washington's Tip of Cape Flattery where Forks, Washington is at. (The Olympic North West Coast). Then the Clouds will move into Vancouver Island, Canada and more North at 49 Degrees Latitude. I find it Odd that most clouds take to the Boarder of the Canadian and USA Boarder (90% of the Time lately), with lesser Cloudiness in the USA. (Until things are swinging about with the Jet-Stream)

I just was seeing a lot of Cloudiness at 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, - 48 Degrees Latitude out over Hawaii in the Pacific Ocean, but when it reaches the Coast it is going above 49 into Canada. Always going around a High Pressure System off of California, Oregon and my State Washington (Now) (I think it use to be just California, but now this Pressure System is taking to Oregon and Washington and then ends at Washington Coast. Vancouver Canada then gets the Clouds.

(Why? I am on this? Because I moved to Washington to see Cloudiness and now I am Not) And I do think there is some kind of Weather Controlling taking place, but I don't know what?

Sorry! I forgot to mention I can Not get youtube videos on my computer. I am not going by what I hear, but what I see. Bringing up Maps on the Internet and looking at them. But? I'm always seeing cloudiness if it isn't moving North, it is dissipating off the Coast of California and Oregon mostly and then taking to the Northerly track with this cloudiness that at times will take brushes into Washington at times, but the cloudiness finds the USA and Canada Country Boarder like Tracks for the Clouds to take mostly. Just Odd (?)

I heard of H.A.A.R.P. in Alaska. I also heard back of June this year H.A.A.R.P. in Alaska had to Close Down because it isn't being Funded any more. Then I heard there are more places on Earth similar to the one in Alaska. So what ever these other Places are? Not much is being said about them.

the website is down , the plant is still operational , it is under the control of the air force, the navy , and University of alaska , a new owner is taking over , the anntena array has never been shut down since 1992 ... hang on a minute and I'll find the other ones ...

So? The H.A.A.R.P. in Area 51 in Nevada could be making a Circumference Beam along the California, Oregon and Washington that keeps Cloudiness from penetrating the Coast (?) Something also makes the clouds condense greater for when it Precipitates falls out of the Sky much Harder than it usually should being doing so. Harder falling Rain has been noticed a lot this year. Like the Air is getting thinner (?) Accounting for some Airplanes to drop faster then the pilots are being able to notice when approaching the runway.

Hello, OP.

As a former Seattle resident of 5 years, I noticed this too, starting a couple years back, maybe three.

I was seeing those odd contrails that "dissipate then spread", causing the sky to become a strange silver-grey hue, blocking the sun.

It could be that these repeated "sprayings" have temporarily ceased and what you see now could be the effect of Fukushima related climate change.

I was so happy for a sunny day or two in Seattle back then.
The light when this happened was so diluted and sickly.

It was like all the nice warm light was getting reflected back, not getting through to us.
It ALWAYS happened after "chemtrails" being present, ALWAYS.

There would be a rainbow ring around the sun from particulates.

I took many pictures. I got thrown in a mental hospital during one of my researches into this. My second cousin who lived in Seattle at that time was a personal acquaintance of Bill Gates and wanted me to stop talking about how he spends his money. Even if it kills people.

A year Later I found out from Alex Jones' journalists that our government participates in illicit spraying under a program called "Sulfate Aerosol Geoengineering Program".
This program is funded largely by Bill Gates, who lives in Medina (close to Seattle).

If they were spraying over Washington, I would not be surprised, because they CONTROL Washington via the purse strings.

This thing is very huge, could include many different agencies, and I don't know what common people like us can do about it.


I've noticed the change in the jet stream and bad weather avoiding Seattle for the last year or two.

To "Tesla_WTC_Solution" Not exactly what I was getting at. I want to see the Clouds coming here to Washington and Oregon to block out the Sun (For Me). But they come from the Pacific Ocean at Oregon's Latitude, but instead of the Clouds moving directly Eastward into Oregon and Washington, either the clouds evaporate or go North into Canada. And lately when the Storm Clouds come they are dumping the Rain greater and harder than Normal. Which I noticed last Month Colorado got Flooded by a Deluge of Rain there in early September.

As I also said before: I can't Play youtube Videos. My computer is on (Dial Up Modem) Adobe Player doesn't want to work on ancient connections as I have. My ISP is lousy. Just getting Internet Pages (Up and Loaded) is taking me a long time. (I get trickled mega bytes coming, it's really working on my Patience. Nerving to say the least.) I was trying to get another Weather Channel Map Today and took me Two Hours trying to Refresh my Page so I can get a Picture.

Plus I just noticed my Clouds and Rain come at Night, instead of the Day Hours. I woke up on Monday before Sunrise and it was Raining. 1 Hour after Sunrise it Stops Raining for the Entire Day. Clear and Sunny until it was approaching Sunset Time and then the Clouds moved in and Started Raining after Sunset. I am wondering why it only comes at the Night Hours? But Not the Day Time Hours?

Well, It is a bit hard to explain in a few words. Basics are this JET is Joint Environmental Toolkit USAF. They are working on and have pretty much been able to fully control about 85% of weather patterns. They utilize many tools mostly chemtrails and extra low frequency radio waves. They transmit with many different types of radar Doppler included as well as cell towers and Gwen Towers. They controlled Sandy and many other storms including Joplin Mo. IMO it is very important for you to upgrade your computer to catch up....

Some Follow Up Stuff and more of what I have Noticed:

I made this "Thread" in October Sunday 6, 2013. Ever since, I have seen from the Pacific Ocean how the Clouds that come from the Bering Sea, Pacific Ocean, South of the Aleutian Islands of Alaska as far down to Hawaii. I keep seeing from Longitudes -125 out to -140 in the Pacific Ocean that divides the Pacific Ocean from Hawaii's Latitude to California, Oregon and Washington's Coast. All this Body of Pacific Ocean from -140 Longitude to the California, Oregon and Washington Coast is Latitudes as far as 30 to almost precisely the Canadian and USA Latitude 48. Is always what looks on the Satellite Weather Maps like a Big Bulge Bowl and Clouds either Stop at this Big Bulge Bowl and Disappear at this Longitude or move North or South in this Big Bulge Bowl in the Pacific Ocean. I have Seen this Bulge getting bigger and bigger and Clouds are Stopping and Moving North or Disappearing within 30 degrees up to 48 degrees Latitudes on the -140 Longitude in the Pacific Ocean. Just Not Right (?) !* :eek::wizard:

So much Cloudiness is going into Canada and making themselves into the USA over Montana. Missing Washington now. I do see some clouds way down at 30 degrees Latitude making themselves into Los Angeles to San Francisco. Very little. And into Nevada and Arizona and meeting the other Clouds from Canada down into Montana, Wyoming and Colorado where they come together.

Just keeps looking like this Big Huge Bubble Barrier from this Pacific Ocean and around as the Clouds move around it. I haven't seen any Heavy Stratus Cloudiness that is suppose to be coming into my Coast of Washington like it should. Because of High Pressure Systems, my Coast makes Fog and burns it off in the day. And or I get Advection Fog that rises and makes a higher form of Status Clouds, but not the kind that comes from the Pacific Ocean. Its been still missing Washington ever since I made this "Thread" :mmph: Errr!

I just got me my High Speed Internet this last week end and now I can watch these youtube Videos, but it came by Canceling my Cable Comcast. The Cable TV Comcast doesn't offer very much any more and I can't enjoy the History Documentary's as much anymore either. Too many Commercials are very annoying to me. Comcast is airing them every 5 minutes on all channels. If I want to see a Commercial right at any moment, take some channel there is and a Commercial is always On.

Nobody Answered what these Barges were? And? Not to my surprise: The Governor of the State of California, Jerry Brown I am just getting from the News this January Friday-17 2014 has finally "Declared A State Of Emergency By Drought" in the State. Just watch the Trends and it isn't no surprise. I hate it that those who control the weather can get away with this nuisance. And most people think its all Natural or Divine (?) (I don't think so!).
