I came across a great research about coherence of the Heart.

This is a very important topic imo.

And yes, I have been trying the heart synchronisation with a group of pretty much delinquent students. At first, they did not want to do the exercices, but, hey, I was the boss, so they had to do it. Twice a day. I did see a much calmer group, enjoying themselve more.

Then, one of them came back from a week end with some experience. He was the style 250 pounds, piercings all over, rough voice, had his hat upside down, you see the style, a bit scary, and he told the group, with his big harsh voice:

"Well, I tried your stuff (lol) this week end, I did it saturday night, and I slept like a baby. I figure out this was due to chance, a random event. So I did it again on Sunday night, I slept again like a baby. GUYS THIS STUFF WORKS.

No need to tell you that everyone was convinced afterward.

a fast way to achieve heart coherence. It´s about aligning your rhythm of breath to your pulsation.

how do you do it with a group? can you give your words adressed to them?

The words: stop bitching, you go on my nerves and I decided that you should have the heart synchrone with your head (some comments: if such and such has any... etc). I promis results, you will enjoy life better, look better for girls, be able to plan your success and maybe even make better money (some comments, even when selling dope... ah ah ah..., my answer: of course - but you may want to sell something else too and be legit). Minimum, you will have more agreement in life.

No talk about the impact on others, opening of the heart, no talk about anything else than themselves. Lots of sighs, then eveyone on the computer doing the exercices before each half day (I would wait 15 minutes for the late ones, I always had some). Some would breath in making like a straw (resisting) and I would laught telling them that I did not know men had such little lung capacities - they would stop.

So no, my speech was not very spiritual. It was geared towards their and my needs. HOWEVER, I ALREADY HAD ESTABLISHED A TRUST RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM. Our talks were direct, no hiding, no lying on my part (they often would though and I would tell them I see it). I am a quite solid person when confronted with tough people.

And I always love those I interact with. Most of them ended up with their technical diploma. I was putting up a program for the schoolboard, no more working with those youth afterward.

The love I have is kind of my duty as well, a pleasant one (it is pleasant to love). Sometimes it does make me blinded though.

I saw one of those students last week, hired him to clean my Windows. I know very well he has done 10 years for murder. But I feel he will never be a danger with me. We chatted, I told him he had a heart, to use it for his brand new born daughter and make sure she is not mistreated as his sisters and himself have been. To use his heart.

He then told me that he was classified as a psychopath in jail, all the test showing this. That if he were hired to kill, he would do it and go to sleep without problems. I joked telling him "if it were for me, you would tell me instead of killing, right... " he answered, "I would offer you a deal because I know you are a fine person".

I then realised that yes, I did give heart love to true psychopaths. Yet, I knew I was not in danger, but my daughter will be sent away when the Windows will get cleaned. Euh. hum. .. An honest psychopath..... better than the banksters.

go on youtube and get videos on heart coherence "cohérence cardiaque" in French. They are videos to follow for breath in, breath out exercices. Take the ones going on for 5 minutes (they have a better impact) and use them. You can also buy a software with the heart rate biofeedback Tools to use with customers. The hearmath institude will be glad to inform you.

I did use these videos in stressfull environment as well and had some companies buy the biofeedback software and finger électrodes. Mostly with those haveing to treat complaints from difficult customers on a constant basis. Or high level sales.
