This is how the military will be respond to the economic collapse, and how they will put down armed uprisings, riots and domestic revolts.

As promised, these are some of the classified documents given to me by my good friend in the Department of Defense, a very highly ranked official I have known for many years.

The program is called "Nano Domestic Quell".

As the documents clearly demonstrate, the U.S. government has embarked on a program to implement a secret "Armageddon nano device" that mimics a flu virus, to be activated on the public in the instance of domestic uprisings, riots and armed resistances.

The nano devices are in, or "carried" by, an estimated 87% of the population at this point, with a projected 98% inflected by 2014.

Chances are, you already have this nano device inside of your body as you read this.

Please understand: these nano devices are inert until activated by a radio signal or transmission.

You are safe until a cell tower, drone or other method of transmission activates the device. (I do not personally know how this transmission works. The documents I've received do not go into any detail on that specifically. I do know drones and cell towers will be used, however.)

Once activated, the device will mimic the flu virus. You will be dead within 10 to 12 days. There is no known cure or way to prevent this. (I go into more detail on this in some of my videos, of which I recommend viewing all of them to fully understand and appreciate what is going on.)

The military can target very specific locations, particularly with drones (why do you think they want drones over U.S. skies so desperately?). They can target a room, a small house, an apartment complex, a city block, a town, or a whole metropolitan area.

By simply firing this signal, the nano devices in your body will be activated and you will die from what will appear to be a very severe case of the flu.

The virus outbreak can scale from individual or group-targets, or to a large city-wide outbreak.

This program was not created to kill everyone. Let me repeat: they are not trying to kill everyone. They created this program to deal with domestic uprisings during an economic collapse.

It is now ready and being implemented. When the collapse happens, they won't have enough troops to control the country or deal with the armed resistances. They needed another way of keeping control. By not having to fire a single shot to put down an armed uprising, they're essentially "killing two birds with one stone". A flu virus will appear to be a random "act of God" instead of perceived government aggression.

Why do you think they haven't banned guns? They don't need to with this system in place.

Please bear in mind that there is an active campaign underway to discredit me, attack me and bring me down. Please understand my children are sick and I believe their sickness -- a bizarre skin condition that is worsening for both of them -- is a result of my blowing the whistle. I believe they have been harmed intentionally. I believe they are trying to send me a message by messing with my children.

I need your help. I need your trust. I need you to help this spread. I have more documents, with even more frightening information, but at this point, my life is in danger. If no one is paying attention or listening, it does me nothing to continue with this, other than put my life and the lives of my family in certain danger, all for nothing.

So far it has every appearance of being another false fear mongering story. So far, I can not find any prior work of any substance of Dr. Weld, which might give the story credibility, at least based on coming from a known reliable source.

In short, I call B.S.

Jack Mullen, whom I also have not heard of, but who seems more credible to me at first glance, has a piece shredding Dr. Bill H. Weld's credibility, at FEAR OR FEAR PORN AND WHO THE HELL IS BILL H. WELD ANYWAY? (http://www.thegovernmentrag.com/mullen_who_is_bill_weld.html).

Mullen's piece was posted on Oct 6, 2013, days before Weld's latest breaking story about Operation Nano Domestic Quell. Mullen was responding to Weld's two earlier forecasts of a stock market crash and concomitant start of Martial Law in mid-October.

Mullen makes Weld appear to be a total fraud. Let me quote some of Mullen's piece:

Further, why is there no listing of Bill H. Weld or William H. Weld in the California and Nevada Bar associations records?

Continuing, there is no listing of “Bill H. Weld and Associates” in the two State’s records of licensed businesses and there is no references to his law practice in any google searches for Bill H. Weld or the law firm.

Now here's some even more weird stuff for Dr Bill H Weld.

Go to his twitter page https://twitter.com/dr_weld and observe that he has a prominently displayed link under his photo to longislandmediumfake.com. That entire website is apparently devoted to proving that a certain Long Island medium is a fake, beginning with this quote from Dr. Bill H Weld at the top "We have a source close to Theresa Caputo who is prepared to release evidence she is a fake." The quote is signed: Dr. Bill H. Weld, Web Fraud Squad.

All of Dr. Bill H. Weld's Web Fraud Squad media watchdog links on his http://billhweld.blogspot.com/ page are also dedicated to exposing fraud.

Perhaps the good Dr. Weld has a, shall we say "personal", interest in fraud?

I just did exactly the same thing, went to the same sources and came to the personal conclusion that it is in all likelihood not a real resume.
I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to track down some sort of reference to him in association with the North Carolina Hospital Association and found none. Maybe I missed one, or there aren't any digitised for that period (1973-1990).
I was just about to start on his legal credentials and law firm when I read the Mullen article and decided that it would probably be a waste of time.

Righto, about time for me to have a break on this one.

Only reference I've come for a William H. Weld is what I think is a typo for the Mass. Governor William F. Weld (here (www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A13930-2004Jul25_5.html)).

A newspaper archive search came up with nothing useful either (other than a passing remark about a 'White-Weld Co. & Associates' in Connecticut back in the late 60's to do with City Bonds (here (news.google.com/newspapers?id=_iVIAAAAIBAJ&sjid=WAANAAAAIBAJ&pg=2472,4350454)) which was not relevant -- he was an orthopaedic surgeon then and wasn't a lawyer until probably the early 80's). Striking how few listings there were for the name Weld & Associates that aren't about William F. Weld.

For a bloke that is supposed to be such a benevolent person and philanthropist there's bugger all I can find for him.

I'll do some more searching tomorrow looking for business registration information in Las Vegas, Nevada (March 1985) or fraud cases in Los Angeles that have the business name attached (if nothing else pops up) but I'm not holding my breath.

I had a quick look for information to do with the 'Web Fraud Squad' from his various site and it is all just a link to Weld's Youtube page. Everything else links to his LinkedIn, weblog or google+ pages. It also appears he started everything in March 2013 and has been adding to them since then.

I think that this somehow relates to much older 'idea' ( aka classified defence program ) that had to do with trace amounts of tranquillisers in soft drinks to exactly, calm the unrest during upheavals or even venues like public concerts, sport matches and other large group gatherings .

The use of nanotechnology would enable exactly to 'switch on' the neuro-sedative agent on demand , could be activated from outside with use of certain light or sound impulse . Upon that you'd start feeling very slow, dull, and want to crawl on floor and sleep ( or something similar ) and the effect is meant to vane in several hours .

This was already , allegedly , proposed and tried long ago at places, the biggest problem they face is getting cooperation from food companies ( like CocaCola ) .

It was raining outside and I couldn't do any work.
When I watch a video I first check who it is that is talking (especially when they are making dramatic claims). In this instance it was just a loop de loop and I spent an hour looking at skin ulcer, cancer and lesion photos to see if I could identify the condition.

When I came across the original photo I was stunned that it was a wikipedia one...

What motive would someone have to put themselves in personal danger, and social ostracism? And granted he doesn't sound like the brightest but at least he is willing to go out and do this... It's not like he is spying on his neighbours and trying to get them arrested for piling too much junk in their backyard (or whatever neighbours call on each other for) He seems genuinely wanting to help in the conspiracy cause...

I think we do a huge disservice when we don't least give them the benefit of a doubt... it has a certain potential 'plausibility to it' imo. Please don't take it the wrong way, I hope your day at work was a good one.

I read your email to Mr Weld and I found it a little bit unadvised, I hope it is okay for me to speak my mind (I mean no harm) for starter you are writing in the name of others then yourself without really knowing if everyone is in consent to that, I also find the overall tone is slightely accusing when in fact we don't yet know what is the story behind this person and whether he is a real victim together with his family. Even for the slight chance of that, it is more desirable not to jump to conclusions before having all the details straight. In the case that something is fishy and does 'not add', we can always leave it at that and turn our backs to it.

If we don't dive where our opponent want us to dive, that is a good enough energetic solution to a problem that never existed, if we have a go at someone who may possibly (who knows) be in trouble for real, then that may add to our accomulated karmatic debt, and will not be nice towards that person and who wants that :)

I can't link as it's copywrite, but there is no doubt that there is a plan to suddenly 'get people ill' and it's race-specialised - as happened in the last SARS episode where Chinese got ill but white people just had the flu. There is definitely a 'plan' to get rid of certain groups either by 'nano-bots', or through the vile diets of the weak and 'sheeple', and co-opted major food/drinks suppliers. The main targets would be 55 - 65 year olds to grab their pension funds. All very suspicious.... but knowing is protecting oneselves. Also, was to get rid of those on Social Security funding. This may be worth investigating further....

Thanks Limor again. I just want to note down that the number of individuals claiming some kind of fantastic sources of information and contacting alternative media about it seems to be increasing horizontally over last couple of years,

with people creating elaborate videos about one-two pieces of hearsay they have heard somewhere .

I will be releasing a video later today that addresses every single lie that has been told about me over the past few days on the Internet.

But I need your help. I cannot do this alone. I am being attacked from all sides.

My son is sick. We have received death threats. The last thing I want to do is waste time on the Internet all day, going around on Facebook and on my videos, addressing and commenting on every little lie that has been told. It has been a wet cold day (not unheard of for Spring but mid-October is a bit much) and I decided to prove myself wrong.

I can accept his explanation to do with the photo by the way. No reason not to. It makes sense and as he's reporting as being 72 then it does make sense him not being computer literate. I also have to say that my partner said "He sounds like Mr Mackey from South Park" and when he said "M'Kay" at one stage in his video response we rolled around laughing. Sorry, guess you had to be there...

I looked again at his LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/in/drbillhweld) account (which he's updated) and did a genealogical search on him, his wife, his mother and father. While there were a few John Weld's (one even had a matching birth year [1894] from the 1920 US Census (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MJQY-WSR)) I couldn't come up with a match for a John William Weld (1894-1952)(maybe his father wasn't listed correctly,and possibly remarried later on to Matilda after Bill was born, yet I found no evidence of this) or a Matilda Lynn Lewiston (1909-1981).

The search I did of Nevada business names didn't bring up a Bill H. Weld and Associates (didn't bring up a Bill or William Weld anything either) so I'm at a loss. I couldn't even find a mention of him at the websites of the various foundations he reports as being a member of.

Is there a Las Vegas "Run For The Cure" sponsored by Sun Life Financial? I can find a Race For The Cure (http://www.komenlasvegas.org/) but they seem to have no affiliation with Sun Life that I can see. Interestingly though Sun Life Financial does support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation's Run For The Cure program in Canada though their employees (www.sunlife.com/Global/Corporate+responsibility/Employee+giving?vgnLocale=en_CA) so maybe they do a similar thing in Las Vegas (but is there a 'Run For The Cure' there for him to co-Chair?).

I must admit that I've had a good look for Dr Bill H. Weld online and I haven't found anything to back up his identity.

HOLD UP! There are some red flags with this "Bill Weld." First, the picture he posted of his son's arm (see his video where he talks about the skin rash) that was titled "Photo of my son's arm" is actually a 2011 photo from the Wikipedia commons. Look up the Wiki article "Steroid Atrophy" and you'll see it right there, just flipped horizontally. Second, on the first page of the document he released, throw that into photoshop and decrease the brightness, increase contrast and you will see that the document number and page count on the bottom left have been lifted from another document, as evidenced by the poor eraser editing around the numbers. And third, notice how the lines, specs, etc... on that photocopied/scanned document are somewhat messy up close, but the title of the document is very very clean -- as if it were added in photoshop. Document info says he used Photoshop CS 5.1 Mac (that by itself proves nothing, just saying). So don't risk your reputation pushing this guy until you've vetted him. I think he's a hoaxer or shill, and I doubt a real Bill H. Weld even exists.

Don't be too quick to dismiss this man...we know that the elite would do everything possible to discredit anyone with info this explosive. He just put out a vid (Sunday eve.) that addresses most of the doubts people are having. We all know the monsters can purge records from the internet, create false associations between Dr. Weld and known hoaxsters, circulate doctored documents for people to take apart and 'debunk;, and more. What we need is to identify samples of these nanobots in our food and water supply, if they exist, if they're not too difficult to detect.

You're right, and now that Bill has posted a video refuting the accusations, I'm back to being neutral on the issue of his credibility. I think the best proof Bill could give, would be obtaining/releasing the other 98 pages of that document. Page count says 100, we saw 2 so far. Why release the rest? Because it's very hard for a hoaxer to fake a full 100 pages, whereas 2 are quite feasible. // That said, if the nano devices are real, then theoretically you ought to be able to fry them out with an EMP pulse from a coil connected to the flash circuit of a disposable camera, provided you don't have pacemakers or anything like that. Flash circuits have deadly high voltage, don't attempt this unless you know all safety procedures. Just saying, it might be a way out.

Checked it out. So far all that has been verified abt the guy is that nothing is verifiable. Par for the course, on either side of the coin and I would think especially if the leak is legit, given the nature. I would think that if the nanoparticles exist and are already distributed then they can be identified under a microscope in samples from the products listed and in the consumers of them. If this is something that many people are capable of doing then "the proof is in the pudding".

I was thinking about this and it seems to me that this type of op would not have a paper trail. I am one of the good guys, but if I was running a program that was intended to genocide people I would definitely not outline it in a document or on a email or in any copiable or capturable format. Especially something that would be the biggest threat to mankind since Hitler. Those in positions to view something like this are human (mostly) and chances are ( I would hope) someone would have objections at least internally which would threaten the entire operation if leakable docs exist. Does this make sense to anyone else? I hope and pray this is one leak that turns out to be fake.

Last night I signed up to become a member of the forum and am currently going through the acceptance process.

I did want to get a message to Romanwkt concerning the Nano domestic quell hoax. This greatly upset my 21 year old son for the last 2 days so I and my younger son started inquiries into it.

We read the threads and also found another great distortion of this individual's story. The so called DOD document that he is portraying as authentic is a hoax.

If you study what is suppose to be the cover sheet of the official DOD Seal, it is fake. If you bring up the actual Seal from the DOD web site, the differences are obvious. The Stars around the fringe are not even close for example as well as a few other problems with it.

If you could please pass this on to the forum we would greatly appreciate it as this guy is really up setting a lot of people, especially young people like my son.

First let me apologize to you for upsetting you and your son, its the last thing that I would ever do to a young person as he is, as you can see I have contributed nothing to the content of this thread, other than my feeling about it on post 47 and apologize for my profanity involving this person that is spreading nonsense with my help.

I thought as I had given up there, that if the moderators wanted to close it, they could with my blessing, but seeing it in the morning again and new nonsense appearing, I just continued to post the nonsense until it would resolve itself as a hoax and nonsense, and as Our Bill Ryan illustrated rightly, his informers are a nonsense just as he is. You may of noticed that I did not add to the post this morning, as I felt the hoax has completed itself with the defunked prediction by his super informers about the coming crash.

I have a 16 year old daughter who know all there is to know, I started early and she is wised up with all, and follows her own now, only had one upset and that's was the planet X possibility soon, that upset her for a while and she got over it, so far the stronger for it.

I sincerely hope that I have not caused lasting upsets with you both, as not to continue with your application and necessary support form people like yourselves who had woken up.

I did an extensive search for Dr William "Bill" Holden Weld (and permutations on that name) and found no evidence that he existed prior to, from memory, August 2012. To me it appeared to be a constructed identity and the more detail provided the more this was backed up. I can not say that he either exists or does not exist as a real person. The online evidence points towards it being a construct and this is what I have said. The various census databases and genealogical sources I used may have missing data (I imagine in the pre-war period data collection was not without omissions) however when I investigated his peripheral claims I was unable to find information on his participation in these organisations and in some cases the organisation itself (ie. co-Chair of 'Run For The Cure' marathon in Las Vegas, Nevada). I did this so other members did not need to.

I reported this and then left this thread as I didn't wish to contribute to its continuation.

I am sorry that this thread has caused upset to the applying member and family. Some of the topics discussed on the Avalon forum can be confronting. While it is useful to be aware of the subject matter I would hope that members and visitors alike are able to remember that while there are forces at work with specific destructive agenda's they are opposed by not only real whistle blowers (who I have nothing but admiration for) but also by many layers and levels of power that operate beyond these agendas.

Hoax or not, I already avoid all products on that list and would advise others to do likewise. Being in NZ makes it easy to stay away from public swimming pools in the U.S. To expect a 1% infection rate from that alone is extremely optimistic and had me calling BS on yet another disinfo doc Kerry posted.

But I do agree with the product list boycott and also know that Kerry gets it right sometimes, just not this time. eg...her support of Karen Hudes is well founded. Her support of the 'super soldiers' (super psychos) is not IMO.
