This week, one typhoon and one tropical storm simply vanished while heading toward Japan. They were abruptly turned northward, sparing Japan and then simply vanished.

The MSM has responded with a news blackout. There are no explanations.

Days before, the events were predicted in an article on Veterans Today, citing plans by a defense group to use a Tesla based energy system to disrupt the storms.

The website announced in advance when they were beginning operations and reported results as things transpired.

As to whether they were successful or that the two storms mysteriously disappeared, a freak of nature, will never be proven.

The group announced they are willing and able to cause another mysterious freak of nature when needed.

Thank you, spiritguide, for this update. And thank goodness those storms didn't do damage in Japan.

Whether it's these guys with their tech being used for the Light, or us guys here on Avalon and all the people all over the world doing intentional weatherwork -- I guess we'll never know how all this works together. We might sigh in relief: "At last, some positive return on our tax dollars." DARPA usually uses our money to create more and more horrendous and evil weapons. If someone in DARPA is working for the Light and finding a positive use for that tech, well thank goodness for that. Maybe they're figure out how to destroy all the other stuff DARPA has created.

Do take note that there was a 7.3 earthquake directly below Lekima. It was felt in Tokyo, but did not cause a significant tsunami. Was that a result of the tech? Or just coincidence? I personally find it very difficult to believe it was coincidence. This is very dangerous technology.

Technology tested in the US over the last few years, a breakoff team from DARPA, will be testing its Tesla based technology on the typhoons currently threatening Japan. At best, damage and landfall will be limited.

Hopes are that the storm can be broken up in under 48 hours. We will see. [Selene: They succeeded.]

VT knows those involved. We wish them luck.

Look for anomalous behavior of these storms that, over the next few hours, will be the subject of high energy experiments that had proven very successful on a smaller scale in the US.

Duff noted that the ex-DARPA ‘rebels’ are meeting some heavy tech resistance, but it looks like they’ve succeeded for now.

Following what Simon Parkes said in his last interview, the Cabal has strucked a deal with Japan: they pay 10 billions for the new Hadron Colider in Switzerland, colider that will be used by the USA, and in exchange, the Cabal is "protecting" them from another Tsunami and earthquake. The Cabal want to finish the construction by the end of 2015, and Japan is paying for most. Full fledge mafia. Japan had to agree.

So the cabal may just be holding up its agreement / threat.

Who or what is immaterial at this point, it happened and for one there is imperical knowledge coming through him. White hats come in many different styles and sizes as do oath keepers. They are not into it for noteriety they are into it to make it RIGHT! Someone needs to speak for those souls so that the populace will know they are being helped in the quest and Mr. Duff is doing it at great risk.

Have you ever seen a barrel of rotten apples turn good because of a few good apples thrown in? Watch and you might just observe it being accomplished. This is as sincere as it gets folks. IMHO

I hope you are right, and that Parkes is wrong, that japan did not have to submit to the Cabal's threats. I will try to find out who finances the expansion of the collider.

A panel of a group of scientists who want to invite the International Linear Collider to Japan have decided to promote the Kitakami area of Iwate and Miyagi prefectures as a candidate site. The particle accelerator will cost an estimated ¥830 billion, and the total including particle detection equipment and research will exceed ¥1 trillion.

Particle accelerators have helped expand the frontier of physics. But scientists and politicians who want Japan to host the ILC must present convincing reasons — including the expected economic, scientific, educational and social benefits — to the public and the government to justify the cost. At present the government and the Science Council of Japan are lukewarm about the idea.

The Large Hadron Collider at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in the suburbs of Geneva is the largest and most powerful particle accelerator. It consists of a 27 km ring of superconducting magnets with a number of accelerating structures to boost the energy of the particles along the way. In 2012, the LHC helped discover Higgs boson particles. It is theorized that soon after the universe formed, Higgs boson particles filled space and clung to other weightless particles moving at the speed of light— an interaction thought to have made the latter acquire mass.

The ILC will feature a straight, 31 km tunnel. From each end, beams of electrons and positrons will be accelerated to close to the speed of light by means of a series of superconducting accelerating tubes before they are made to collide. The collision will recreate the high-energy environment that existed one-trillionth of a second after the universe was formed 13.7 billion years ago by the Big Bang. The ILC’s first task is expected to be accurate measurement and analysis of Higgs bosons. Scientists at the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture, have accumulated substantial amount experience by running an accelerator that makes electrons and positrons collide.

The ILC is an enormous international project that will require time-consuming negotiations so construction won’t begin for five years. Its construction will involve the participation of some 1,000 engineers and researchers from both Japan and abroad, and take 10 years. If research and improvement are taken into account, 40 years will be needed, and there is also a plan to extend the ILC tunnel to 50 km. The project will result in the formation of a community of some 10,000 people, including scientists and their family members.

The panel expects that Japan will have to cover about half the total cost of more than ¥1 trillion, with the remaining shouldered by other countries. But the Science Council of Japan fears that Japan’s share of the expenses will reach 80 percent. Given the project’s enormous financial cost, the weak state of Japan’s economy and the soaring size of its national debt, scientists and politicians must discuss the merits and demerits of hosting the ILC in Japan in a concrete and transparent manner before any final decision is made

Posts here were about Typhoon Lekima heading for Japan in October.

It's now Nov. 9 and Typhoon Haiyan has just flattened a good portion of some of the Philippine Islands south of Manila. Wind speeds of 145 - 195mph have been reported, with higher gusts. Not much survives that.

Hundreds of thousands are now without homes. The full extent of the damage is not yet known, as power and communications are down. Several airports were demolished or damaged to the extent that rescue planes can't land.

Typhoon Haiyan is now headed to Vietnam, or may already be there at the time of this post.

Those here, please do whatever weather work you can do to dissipate, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with this storm. It is projected to move across Vietnam into Laos and then into China.
