Just a thought....

Did you ever wonder what was meant by the phrase "to center yourself in your heart" ?

Could it be as simple as visualizing yourself INSIDE the light of your heart chakra?

I have always noticed that by "centering" yourself, i.e. to become more an observer, less reactionary and remove judgement, then you live in the heart space :-)
