Snowden's revelations about the NSA has seen US intelligence bosses go to great
lengths to justify their activities. Officially they've been told to use 9/11 as their main
argument, according to a document leaked in the media. And some politicians are
happy to follow that advice. Pepe Escobar joins RT to discuss this issue.

If you question anything , they accuse you of being a conspiracy nut , I say no I'm just a critical thinker ... listening to phone calls and reading emails doesn't stop one single thing , like terrorist are going to telegraph their moves , spying doesn't stop a dam thing ...norad didn't stop a dam thing , they could have took those 911 terrorist down but chose to obey cheney's orders rather than save lives ... cheney and his criminal empire haliburton ... I am shamed of my government ... it won't be long before they hassle me, I've been on facebook ranting daily in an anti-government manner on purpose thumbing my nose at the NSA ...knowing they read it , I let em have it and in the process bring attention to what the government is doing to people who have no clue what is really about to happen ...
