View Full Version : How To Remain Loving and Optimistic in Oppressive Times?

I feel enormously grateful to have encountered the alternative research 'community.' It feels sobering and liberating at the same time.
When I reflect upon my years into this journey, I am struck by one question more and more. That is, given the information we are privy to: chemtrails, child abuse, fraudulent, corrupt governments the world over, mass mind control, how are we able to still remain loving and optimistic?
I find myself getting depressed, angry, sad, and sinking into a dark emotional state more often as a result of hearing about all of this than I would like.
While it's difficult for me to believe that knowledge, esp. important and ESSENTIAL knowledge is bad, it often doesn't feel GOOD when reading about these things.
How can we remain optimistic? How do we continue to smile in the face of this onslaught?
Any practical tips and suggestions at all are greatly welcomed.

As you recognize more and more, that survival depends on honesty, and you recognize where in your self you fail.
And how your attention to your own integrity begins to highlight it in a growing way, not a judging way, you can be optimistic.
What life really is, is just on the other side of judgements.
You change however quickly you do, or want to, and become responsible in your heart and in your actions, and it's an exciting time.
Time to be optimistic. You weren't looking for convenience or safety, you were looking for you.
It's just that the story is a lot bigger and more intricately woven to succeed, than you could have expected.

You need to see the "bad" feelings as part of a purifying process.
All illusions you ever had before are being burnt away, and a new self will emerge...
An egoless self, that has true concerns about what can be done now,
and seeks to cooperate with others to find solutions that no single person can apply by themselves.
That way you will then also discover our connectedness at a deeper level,
and thus become aware that you are a soul, having a temporary experience in a lower dimension.
Nothing lasts forever, but in the process of our own creativity we can still discover the infinite and eternal...
By observing what happens to us and within us during our creative moments we discover we have immense powers over our environment after all. And this is what makes it all worthwhile.
Together we can then save even the planet.

I think I know that feeling. First you're happy because you get to know how things work (and even that knowledge is best not taken for granted because truly we are never alone) and then you look around at the people that are still watching Idols like their own life depends on it and you think about how you must've looked when you were still like that and then of course you need to find somebody to blame so you get really angry with all these units that are said to rule the world but really you can't blame other people for things that you can change because obviously, from you being here now, you cān, so now you get angry with yourself and so you're still in that dark emotional state filled with all this anger and you think: why am I angry all the time?
And then you discover that there's probably nothing to be that angry with yourself for because yourself is trying to help you out of your dark circle and then you start to become grateful for your great self and you become curious: wow, if I can do this and I can get there and here, what more can I do and you discover that really you should be happy (too).
Or something like that.

Hi X Factor. I'm part of a crew that does believe there's a shift of consciousness going on and we are shedding the old dysfunctional 3D world to move into higher frequencies and something better. The last few years has seen the beginnings of all the hidden untruths coming out, and nowadays it seems as tho' the lies just can't help but be exposed. But I think the power is within ourselves, and now is the time to get rid of or cleanse any of the old self defeating stuff that you don't need to hang onto any more. The other day someone suggested I meditate daily and go to the part of the body I was drawn to and see if there was a message about something that needed letting go of. And do it daily. Seems to work.
The good stuff is outweighing the bad stuff now to some extent, but you won't see it on the controlled msm. We are powerful now, and can put out for and imagine what we want. So see the world how you want it to be. You will make a big difference.. Look at RT.com for some alternative news. We're surfing the wave now, but we can do it - believe me :) Sab.

.
Acceptance: if you fell down does it feel better to curse than accept that you did and that the most logical thing to do is get up.
Appreciation: Sure lots of garbage exist but this doesn't mean that good ones are non existent. Consider the times that you are not yet aware of these deceptions. Did you see good deeds most of the time?
Appreciate the good ones and do something to better the bad ones, not curse or cry over them.
I can assure you most if not all have gone to what you are going to, it's going to get better. And when you finally come out of it you will be grateful because you are a better and more learned person.
Learning does not mean knowing, but rather knowing what is needed, a word of warning there are lots of garbage along the way that looks like jewels.

Hello x_factor and welcome to Avalon.
How do we remain optimistic in these turbulent times? I have a reciepe....
A pinch of exercise sprinkled with getting in touch with nature, a dab of
generosity and compassion. A big scoop of putting good back into the world.
There are all kinds of shady characters trying really hard to keep the status quo.
and I believe it's up to everyone of us who has awoken to try and make the world
a better place.

we're living through oppressive times?
I haven't had a boot on my throat, maybe that's why I'm still smiling?

I woke up earlier than i would have like to today with the thought, raising consciousness is traumatic.
Becoming more honest, more aware, is brutal on the ego, it hurts.
I need to take breaks, I need to talk to people to keep the fear, and anger from getting out of hand.
Maybe some people don't need it but many find silly distractions can help.
Welcome x-factor, realize you have a natural pace for keep the truth in view, try to learn what that is and
take care of yourself accordingly.
It might be impossible to go backwards, but we don't always have to be charging into the fray.

To apply forgiveness
To move behind limited ego-personality state into awareness-personality -presence
To see perfection in imperfection
To see oneness/Love/Christ in others
and just to Be what we trully are...
