A couple years ago, I noticed what Wikipedia said about Boeing's preferential treatment by the bank and was wondering,
what did the employees think about that?


The Bank has come under criticism for allegedly favoring special interests ahead of that of the U.S. taxpayer. These interests include that of heavily subsidized corporations such as Boeing or Enron as well as those of well-connected foreign governments and nationals (such as a 1996 $120 million low-interest loan to the China National Nuclear Power Corporation (CNNP)).[48] 65% of loan guarantees over 2007 and 2008 went to companies purchasing Boeing aircraft.[49] In 2012, the Bank's loan guarantees became even more skewed, with 82 percent of them going to Boeing customers.[50]

However, the congressional mandate for the Export-Import Bank of the United States calls for the Bank to focus on small business support.[3] The Bank strictly follows its Congressional mandate to support small businesses and in Fiscal Year 2012 88% of the total number of transactions went to small businesses.[51]

If you allow me, I'd like to be objective and give you a piece of advice.

Stick to what you know, Karen. Stick to your expertise.

There's a huge amount of disinformation going on in the Alternative Media and the internet as a whole.

Since you're fairly new to this alternative media universe, you suffer a serious risk of letting yourself be dragged into very complicated and speculative issues.

Don't allow yourself to get involved in all those speculative and fantastic claims that plague the alternative media. If you do that, you're taking a very real risk of discrediting yourself.

As an example, I can mention your recent statements about comet Ison, about which you later admitted to have been duped. You've also mentioned a nuclear bomb being detonated close to South Carolina, which is not, even by far, reliable information.

People will try to dupe you, Karen. All the time. Many interviewers will try as hard as they can to get you to confirm their current convictions, either to satisfy their egos or to deliberately make you discredit yourself.

So, if someone asks you a question which you don't have the answer for, just say you don't know and refrain from making any more comments.

You have very good credentials and a good reputation. Credibility is the key here. Don't let anyone take it from you, because they'll try.

You're a public person now, so take care of yourself. They'll try to discredit you at all costs.

Don't get publicly involved on issues outside your expertise area; This is the best way to protect the integrity of your information, your credibility and reputation.

Welcome to Avalon Karen. Its quite the rabbit hole we are scouring around in, digging up truths which are obliterating the existing paradigm and destroying the very core beliefs most of us have held and been educated to believe all of our lives. Its quite staggering actually.

Once a person wakes up and realizes that damn near everything they have ever been taught, everything that they believed has all been a lie, it takes time to absorb and sort out what's what.

From the origins of the species here on earth, to the history and evolution of the species, to who controls it and how that happened, where we are now and what we can do about it, takes years of research and tons of reading. Avalon has distilled many of these subjects and there is a plethora of information to help.

Suffice it to say, we are all aware here that there is an elite contingent on this planet which has absconded with the resources, wealth and consciousness of earth and has a nefarious agenda which is being rolled out right before our eyes, and that the institutions which we have held as representative of the people do not do so, and that there are actually two economies, two sets of books, two realities. One is fictitious and the other one is real.

I've done quite a bit of research in the sovereign movements, followed Rod Class and many others on the talkshoe circuit, and done the UCC1 freedom documents years ago. What we found, is that appealing to a corrupt system to change or to recognize and honor your sovereignty, by noticing them and recording administrative declarations falls on deaf ears. The courts do not follow any rule of law, common or otherwise, and there is no redress of grievances within the court system, regardless of status.

Trying to live, function, and remain outside the current system of commerce, which is imbedded in every aspect of our lives, is virtually impossible. Many have tried and realized that, even if they have been able to stand in the private as sovereign, they are not able to access the assets which they are inherently tied to through the birth certificate bond.

Also, looking at how the elite absconded with all the assets of the planet for their nefarious hidden black ops agendas and stole everything from all of us through their fiat debt system, and how to restore these assets, where they are located, which long term trusts they were stolen from, which trusts are entitled to renumeration, and how to set up a system which is amicable and create a new paradigm for all of mankind going forward, is a huge undertaking and requires an educated and awake and alert populace, which we do not have.

Be careful calling for a Constitutional Convention at this stage of the game.

Very much appreciate all of the whistleblowers who come forward and expose the shenanigans which have been hidden for centuries, and are proposing ideas on how to go forward. Believe me, this forum, the talkshoe circuit, as well as others have been doing this for years and have already blazed the trail, paid for in some cases with their lives. Please avail yourself of the things which have already been tried and done and save yourself a lot of grief and really shorten the learning curve for yourself.

Those who believe we can work within the existing systems of banking, commerce, and courts to solve the problem, may have a rude awakening coming as it is my opinion that they are irreconcilable, incorrigible, and beyond repair. A total collapse may be in the cards, and we should discuss how we want the new paradigm to look and how we intend to make that happen.

This is where your expertise is so valuable. The alliances which are forming worldwide to break the central banks fiat system is what we need to focus on, and how to implement the return to some form of medium of exchange which is sound, globally, and get out from under the grips of the fiat debt system, is paramount.

I'm all ears and I support such an effort, and will be as forthright as I possibly can and help where I can.

I think it is "due process" - one of her biggest talking points (almost unusual to my ears) is she is actually calling them out and saying what they are doing is unlawful... now everyone says that, but when someone with her acumen and experience says that, it is a whole different ball game...

I think she is trying to use due process, she has to be very careful, but she knows the ropes. I think she is one smart woman. But I am just getting up to speed. I completely missed the boat when she came on the scene, given the wall of misinfo frappe that is floating out there (doing precisely that, making it harder for us to cull through the BS to get the 'nuggets'....) I think Hudes and her argument is going to be a snowball when it really hits the alternative media (which I don't think it has just yet... )

On the other hand if people haven't been trying to decipher what is going on, on a financial, legal or geo-political level, I can see how it might just sound "too big" for some listeners in (the main stream especially)

They know we're in a world of bunk, headed down the stream, and the banksters have stolen our paddle, but they are not quite seeing how it plugs into their daily life (other then "higher interest rates", "lower standards of living" etc)... I like how she gives practical tips and suggestions... again I am speaking ahead of myself, but I am feeling really good about what she is saying so far...

I would be very grateful...

I believe that the one way to make real change is educating the people how to come out from under the terrible abuses they suffer at the hands of these masonic courts. They are literally stealing our lives, our reputations, our livelihoods, I have seen so much devastation and suffering... but I know they have to be afraid of something to attack us so viciously...

If we can invoke equity, express the trust, break the presumptive constructive trust of the dead, stop the probate of all assets, declare ourselves as rightful beneficiaries who are not dead but alive, and appoint trustees who will express the trust inter vivos, and get courts of equity to administer the trusts and give substantive rulings, that shouldn't take but a couple weekends to get everybody up to speed, right?

LOL, thanks for your response, and yes it sort of happened that way... I played against a single thread, I don't know why really, I just write when I see something that triggers an insight, and that way I can go back and look at the context (that may or may not make sense after the fact...) I always think in terms of presumption and rebuttal (a deadly game, and yet if you know the presumption, a simple game...) i.e. 'if' they are presuming a constructive trust, and 'if' we can rebut with a proper expression, but this is just in principle, although I am getting the gist of your extrapolation, I have slowed down on jumping the gun... Trust is always more subtle, I still feel like I am missing something... There is still the fact that the NAME is defined as "Her Majesty and an organization" So it REALLY is the public. And I am trying to tie that into the interpretation. Like Winston said it is a "transmitting utility" ... alas it seems to be "many things" I am still trying to figure out if we want to attach ourselves to the NAME as beneficiary. Although I recall Tom Schultz used to do exactly that, but nobody exactly saw his method (have to assume he appointed the judge and made himself beneficiary somehow) but how exactly... ? And it is we who have to express the trust... then the trustees obligation would falls to them automatically... (or we should be providing instruction, see Gilberts, elements of a trust...) there is something about operating the NAME for the public... another key is NOT "claiming ownership" ... and also a private issue, this has to be "private"...still lots to sort out... (in my mind)

I think you are on the right track, what you are saying sounds similar to stuff, we are looking at taking an approach involving sending a Last Will & Testament to the CRA(IRS) With reference to a testamentary trust in it... But no has specific application yet... I will send you a a 4shared link... and it never just takes a 'couple weekends' LOL...

firstly, do you think we have a world order now?
is that the much touted 'new world order'?

i remember george bush sr mentioning the new world order, and the rule of law.....

maybe its just the way my mind works, but maybe the global financial crisis is the problem, that the new world order is the solution to.
and though not officialised as such, the structure for it has mostly been constructed except for actually getting the people of the world to agree to it.
