Not to discount anything, and this is pretty wow inspiring, but, it also looks like balloons. Being there would probably be a different story, but I find these kind of sightings suspect. IDK?
Edit; I posted before seeing Karika's post

I wanna be first to toss it out there, have you ever let a ballon loose and watched it ??? it gets to a lower point than those and you can't see it anymore ... just saying , dunno what those objects were , but I would be hard pressed to see ballons at the that altitude ...

My first reaction....all same size....same distance...stationery ?Why did they only film 1:00 minute? Where did the objects go...how long were they there?
end of line.

Please moderator,
Karika and LahTera's threads should be merged

ok, i shall repeat myself...

During the video between 28sec and 35sec, there is one object/balloon which travels quite a distance whilst the others remain still (apart from camera shake).... look at the middle left of the screen. The object travels left to right and going slightly upwards.
It travels between 2 motionless balloons.

It could be a smaller balloon closer to the camera caught by the wind which explains why the others don't move.

I wish there was a tripod and more footage. With so little footage, it's probably balloons, but that one balloon is troubling me.

I may have missed it but I didn't see any frames with tops of buildings and and the witnesses in the same frame as the UFOs - just people looking up at something and frames of the sky with objects in it. So you don't actually know what the people are looking at? Not drawing any conclusions - just saying.

Probably white balloons from a wedding party or something like that.

Here's an example of white balloons in the sky. These have their strings attached, but without strings people could easily mistake them for UFOs as well:

Here's another video where a guy releases three white balloons purposely to compare them to other daylight UFO videos. Pretty good results. It could easily fool people who aren't aware of the experiment to believe these are UFOs:

Very interesting vid. I'm unsure on them being balloons. Argh why can't they put us all out if our misery and just be so blooming obvious we would know instantly without having to play "is it a balloon" game :p

We released about 80 chinese lanterns for my grandfathers birthday, took us a lil while, but the effect was similar. I was telling my brother we should wager on how many youtube videos pop up or reports of UFOs are hatched from what just happened.

Thanks guys. The last time I saw so many "UFOs" was when I was watching the tether mission. (That one still gets to me.) There were so many of them! I wasn't sure what these were -- the video wasn't very good. Just like to keep my eyes open! Sorry if there was already a thread; I did do a search.

See this:
http://www.latarde.com/noticias/area-metropolitana/124746-protesta-con-globos-en-la-andina

"Potatoes Creole tied to a helium pump. 400 students held Andean University who decided to make this symbolic act to protest against healthcare reform."

Possible explaination? really don't know...
