Yes, Google has some whacko people in their organization, my Adsense account was closed
just because I replied to an email from their team and informed them I was aware of their policies,
you can't contact them directly, and you have to jump through hoops the get your case looked at.
Too much power has given Google a major organizational personality problem-monopoly is an evil thing.

I can't get into the Zen site... I get a red "bad site" alert that says the site installs undesirable software that can rob personal information from the user...blah blah blah....
But I just came across a post from his site posted yesterday (Weds) on Rumor Mill News. Maybe this has something to do with the blocking of his site:
Zen Gardner: Alert: American Borders Will Be Changing

[As expected, the clampdown continues. Take necessary measures and precautions. There will be no official notification of what's really going on. Follow your heart. - Zen]
Wendy McElroy
Activist Post
An iron curtain is slowly descending around the borders of America. When it falls, some people will be shut in; others will be shut out. It will be up to bureaucrats and agents with guns to decide which one of those people you are.
Changes in border policy are in the wind. On June 27th, 2013, the 1,300-page Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act passed the Senate and proceeded to the House of Representatives. Debate on the Act has focused on the path of citizenship being extended to the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in America. This is controversial because Republicans fear that the new Americans, and especially Hispanics, will vote Democrat in upcoming elections. Happily, the bill has stalled in the House.
But one of the worst features of the Act has bipartisan support: namely, the ramping up of border security. (The security provisions were a cynical bribe to House Republicans by Senate Democrats who are far more interested in ramming the immigration policies through.) The Act allocates an astounding $46.3 billion for increased border control. It proposes to hire 20,000 additional border patrol agents, swelling their numbers from about 21,000 (in fiscal 2012) to about 40,000. The stated focus of the mega bucks and muscle is the US-Mexican border but the entire system would be even more militarized.
Shutting People In
The proposed doubling of might comes in the wake of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA’s) announcement of a dramatic expansion in the screening of airline passengers. Even before a flyer arrives, he will be profiled by the TSA based on his travel record, and personal documents such as employment information, property records, police files, tax data, and car registration.
The number of travelers refused flights – or passports for that matter – is likely to increase. In fact, anyone can currently be refused the right to fly without explanation. And a long list of reasons to be denied a passport already exist. They include: having a felony such as a drug offense or repeat DUI; owing $2,500+ in child support; being in default on specific loans from the United States; or being deemed likely to cause “serious damage to the national security or the foreign policy of the United States.” (The latter reason is elastic, especially since, again, no explanation for denial needs to be given.)
In past years, there have been several attempts to link the granting of passports to tax compliance. The latest one is H. R. 3146, which is now before the House. Sec. 4. is entitled “Revocation or denial of passport and passport card in case of certain unpaid taxes.” It reads, in part, “If the Secretary receives certification by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue that any individual has a seriously delinquent tax debt in an amount in excess of $50,000, the Secretary shall transmit such certification to the Secretary of State for action with respect to denial, revocation, or limitation of a passport or passport card.” It is only a matter of time before the right to travel is linked directly to a person’s tax status.
Shutting People Out
And then there are those who could be shut out. The Expatriation Prevention by Abolishing Tax-Related Incentives for Offshore Tenancy Act – or the Ex-PATRIOT Act – came back from the dead in the above mentioned border and immigration bill. Again, the measure sought to ban certain expat Americans from legally returning to the US without receiving a waiver, this time from Homeland Security.
Having failed as a standalone bill, the new Ex-PATRIOT Act was introduced as amendment S.A. 1609; it piggybacked on another amendment to the omnibus border and immigration act. Smuggling measures into unrelated legislation is an increasingly popular ploy. For example, the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), which devastated the ability of Americans to open bank accounts abroad, repeatedly failed as a standalone. It passed only by being tucked into to the 2010 Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act or HIRE. [Dollar Vigilante Note: Even more reason for you to click here to see how TDV can help you with an offshore account.]
What did S.A. 1609 specify? It would have shut the border to certain expatriates who renounced their citizenship. That act was considered to be tax evasion on its face. Any ex-citizen with a net worth of $2 million or an average income of $148,000 or more over the last five years would have been presumed to be banned from the border. To establish a right to return, the expat would have presumably needed to open up his finances to scrutiny.
S.A. 1609 did not make it into the final Act in the Senate, however. Democrats didn’t want to risk the prospect of the bill being “blue slipped,” as the Republicans had threatened to do. Blue-slipping occurs when the House rejects a bill outright because it is unconstitutional. The bill is then placed into a blue envelope and simply returned to the Senate. The amendment was deemed unconstitutional because it reformed a tax law. In the opinion of many, this violates the Origination Clause by which all spending and appropriations must originate within the House, not within the Senate. Expats were saved by a technicality.
What to Expect at the US Border?
More questioning. More in-depth screening. More difficulty in traveling to and from the United States. The situation will grow steadily worse through 2014, when a compromise bill on immigration and border control is probable.

Zen's page says it's a malware alert, yet when I went to do a normal comment - the whole thing was a vile entrapment of questions - so I quit. If this is happening to all truthers of consequence - it's an implication that Google+ is a puppet of the NSA, and therefore can just 'switch you off' randomly. And 'blame' other truthers to cause even more problems.
Let's not be hasty in blaming each other - the shills are very hard at work at the moment, and capitalising on the (ahem - accidental leak) in Google + . Actually, I just can't swallow this crap any more - they are liars and manipulators, is there a good alternative to Youtube/Google etc where we can discourse without interference - or have all of our freedoms been taken away this week? I will kick 'against the pricks' - but the major corporates are syphoning us all as we speak. So very sad. Soylent Green here we come then....

In the last few months, I have been frustrated with gmail, google search and youtube. I hate the way they screen what I am given in the search engine and want to find another one but the others seem just as lame. Lately I have noticed youtube and gmail are notably more intrusive. I would like to stop using these too.
What I wonder....are enough people fed up to stage an effective boycott? How many would it take of us staging a "stop use" for a few days and would that make any difference? Stop use is Anonymous as we are not protesting visibly, just turning off the support as passive resistance. That would not target people as trouble makers.

Interesting! I just tried accessing a thread here and google chrome issued me a warning about entering a thread contaminated with malware from a known malware distributor, zengarden dot com. Took a snapshot, will upload to my gallery.
**edit**
Have had trouble uploading images, but will try. Worse case scenario, check out my gallery...uploaded there.

I saw Dutchsinse's message today on Facebook, and others over the past few days expressing his frustration over youtube.
I thought about inviting him to join Avalon and start his own thread.
I think he would get a lot of support here, but of course, he would probably still have the same problems with youtube.
I wonder what would happen if he posted his videos on Vimeo or some other site like that, and just provided links to them on his youtube page.
I've noticed Giovanni posts some of SuspiciousObserver's info on Up at the Ranch.
I don't know any details about the dispute between Dutch and S.O. and I'm certainly no scientist, but I've always thought Dutch's info looked relevant, so I tend to have more doubts about S.O. and have wondered why Gio posts that info.
I will put a link to this post on Up at the Ranch for him if he wants to comment.

Yes, Onawah, I hope you do invite him!

They push, we break away, they push, they divide the people.

The more space there is between the divided 'sides' the easier it is for them to target the side they want to clobber and exterminate.

I am glad that Dutch explained the weakness in Google. I am no longer sure he is himself however. When I first started listening to his videos, he was calm, well spoken and just stated the facts. The behavior I am seeing from his posts now are ... I search for a word... accusatory? I get he is afraid because he is receiving death threats from a loony... but he went public with all these accusations against HAARP, got all these subscribers- exposed the microwave beam for Haiyan. A news program refuted his analysis, and that is when this all started. TPTB wanted to shut him up apparently. I am no longer subscribed because all of his latest reports were about the gossip surrounding this event.

I haven't been reading his posts that much, just see his presence on Facebook, but I am still grateful to him for providing so much evidence of HAARp, fracking, etc. messing with the planet.
But I have observed some displays of egotism and sarcasm.
He is still a young guy, though and has a lot to learn: and I wouldn't want to throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Perhaps we could provide him with some good counsel on Avalon.
Does anyone have any advice for him as to what he could use as an alternative to youtube?
Would Vimeo be good? I don't know a thing about posting vids online.
I hesitate to invite him here without being able to give him some good ideas as to why that might be to his advantage.
(Other than the obvious ones that Avalonians are well acquainted with.)
And maybe I should ask the Admin first if they would welcome him here.
It seems like he first needs to figure out how he can post vids and reports to the wide audience that he wants to capture.
He could continue to do that with Facebook, but may have to forgo youtube.

I can only speak for myself, not for the entire moderation team. I'd welcome Dutch here.
I suspect that the sort of forum that Dutch might seek, if he were to seek an alternative to Youtube, would be more along the lines of DailyMotion.com, which I gather (from a very brief look) handles video uploads and individual channels in ways that Avalon doesn't attempt.

:waving::waving::waving::waving:Hopefully this will not be viewed as off topic ...
Dutchsinse (Michael Janitch), an active member of the youtube community who educates the public on earthquakes and has accurately forecast many, repetitively explaining his methodology, had a short-lived 3Dearthquake livestream which was shut down.
He is in need of support - wise counsel as to how to best legally address the youtube authorities along with other ideas regarding his ability to continue educating the public. He does alternative energy research and has logical theories that rival traditional/conventional science.
Please, please, please ... if you or someone you know can help him ... reach out to him. I am one of many subscribers seeking help for him ... I would do the same for Mr. Ryan and others who "resonate"! :Music:
Thank you!

I have supported Mike for ages, he is a fantastic source, and has resisted the 'shut-up' despite threats, how he is still 'here' is that there are so many folk who will create a giant uproar if he 'disappears', we need so many more of these fantastic folk, the Rappaports et al.....

Just a quick followup ... Dutch is back online. He has a 3D Earthquake livestream monitor on continuously along with a chat box. He is viewed internationally and comes online 10pm CST to discuss earthquake, volcano and weather activity. Then, he holds a Q and A session.... International viewers ... excellent dialogue thus far!
He is working on experiments and to publish a book ... May angels of safety and love continue to watch over him.
Best regards to all,
