(Your) Children Are Not Safe - Here's Why

Should your Child ever be sexually abused and people in positions of authority know of the abuse - please know that the current legislation in Australia can be circumvented. I have communicated with people via the internet and it would appear that my comment rings true for other countries as well.

Legislation tends to protect the paedophile and/or predator (there is a difference) and the very same legislation also tends to protect those who protect the abusers.

Here is a concise description of my recent experiences on my continuing journey. Those who are already acquainted with my journey as an Ex-Cop Child Abuse Whistleblower will be aware that I have endured three years of intimidation and psychological assault. My life on every level has been destroyed - yet - my journey continues - and so do I.

There are three legal arenas available to me that are currently active because I fought for them. Imagine a softball diamond - on first base is the current Australian Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Assault - second base - The Federal Human Rights Court of Australia - third base - WorkCover Commission.

Recently I engaged in legal proceedings with regard to my WorkCover Commission matter. I will be brief. I had to unexpectedly represent myself. I contacted the relevant professionals - this being the WorkCover Commission administration as well as the legal representative for the other party. I asked the WorkCover Commission admin to please insert my name on all correspondence and documents as I was now representing myself. I requested that the legal practitioner for the other party also remove another name and insert mine - remove the term Dear Sir/s and to endorse the initial legal document with a signature.

What do you think happened? My correspondence is always professional, polite, succinct and without emotion. My name was not inserted - three weeks after phone conversations and a selection of emails and even hard copy correspondence. How about that?!

Gets even more interesting - after I ask questions about why my name was not on the legal documents - guess the (professional) responses. The legal representative for the other party sent me a hard copy of my requested document - with a bright red stamp of the word COPY. My name was not there, the other name was there. Dear Sir/s was still there and no signature - the very same letter - no changes!

The WorkCover Commission response was very creative. In brief - it was a 'quirk' in the system. I am a former Police Officer and I know for a fact that government computers are well maintained by professional computer technicians. Hmmm...

Please know there is no law that prevents me from sharing my experiences with other people via the internet.As a matter of fact I have one particular document I want to share. Advice I received was not to release it to the media - however - there is nothing to prevent me from sharing the document with individuals. Should you like me to forward a copy of the document - you can send me a private message that includes your private email address if you do not want to include an email address in a response to this thread.

By doing this you will be supporting me along with all the people who have been standing with me via their thread responses, youtube views, personal emails as well as positive thoughts, meditations and prayer. I am alone in the world with no family and no partner and your connection to my journey would be appreciated. It would also be a type of insurance - let's put it this way - people have died for far far less than what I am doing.

Hold the thought that I am completely vulnerable, without family or partner and have battled alone - save for one friend/work colleague and my personal physician. The other party includes the Catholic Church - keep holding that thought - Catholicism is based on the tenet of Christianity - do unto others - let those without sin cast the first stone and all that. Yet - I put the safety and welfare of Children first and have my life destroyed.

Other details - I cannot discuss on line any further now that my 245 pages of evidence is before the Federal Court of Human Rights.

Thank you for reading this far - it is impossible to be concise (I try). So many people have relayed to me - keep going - don't stop - even if you only help one Child - keep on. Know that I have kept every document and email over the course of 2011, 2012, 2013 and continuing. You cannot change the dates or signatures on the evidence - how about that!

We are Spiritual Beings having a Human experience - however - for an abused Child it is just hell. Much Peace heaven knows we need some...

Many people on this forum are still looking for the meaning of life. You are lucky you knew exactly what it is. May I just remind you not to overdo it, do not torture yourself over this but rather enjoy the ride knowing that whatever happens to you is not for nothing. you have certainly contributed something to the whole. This world of ours will be a lot better if everyone aim and act to make it such, just like what you are doing.

Thank you. Yes I am in the awakened state and have found my purpose for being here. I will admit to fatigue and everything that goes with this journey but I am still in the fray. This issue is about Children - so - I want one person on this planet to tell me why I should walk away - I cannot find a single reason to stop - you don't walk away from Children.

I feel I will make a difference because I have taken the long way - as it were - I am not sure anyone else has fought the battle the way I am. My very last option is to upload all my documents to the internet so that the public can see what I see - that laws are circumvented and means Children are at Risk of Harm and Continued Risk of Harm. My aim is to change laws as well as bring all my evidence to the public.

Thanks for posting such disturbing articles of news/reality. I have learned on my journey, that people don't know what to do about paedophiles and predators. People seem to be unable to face the reality and I fully understand that - and - understand why. The untenable pain of watching on - I cannot imagine what it is like for the Child who is actually experiencing the abuse. I do know that I am witnessing the long term damage that becomes evident in survivors of sexual abuse and then there are those who do not make it out of that hell alive.

I am grateful you responded and braced myself as I faced up to the news/reality articles you posted. The more we do for the Children the less painful it will be for us who are empathetic. Just spread my story - talk about it - start threads on other sites - forward this as a link - anything you do with me means you are standing with me. Imagine an enormous number of people standing together - in front of Children - then no one could touch them and they would be free to live through their Childhood and become a whole person - without the baggage of sexual abuse.

For those of you who are following my journey - I am sharing with you two excerpts from my recent correspondence to the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner in Australia. The correspondence comprised nine pages with thirty two pages of supporting evidence. After you have read the excerpts -please share with me your thoughts on what might happen next.

I don' have any real expectations of your office with regard to taking any action on the unique and complex information shared via this complaint - due to the constant disappointment with every other professional agency with whom I have interacted. My entire journey has clearly evinced the lack of professional ethics within many professional agencies. My primary aim is to submit this correspondence and accompanying documents so that I can show I addressed the issue of criminal activity.This correspondence and accompanying documents will also allow me to continue writing my book/recount and keep it accurate. My intention is to eventually have it published and even uploaded to the internet - with identities, for free, so that the global internet community can see what happens when a Teacher in Australia - obeys the law and adheres to her professional training in a concerted effort to protect Children from paedophiles and predators.

How I finalised the correspondence:
I would welcome the professional attention of yourself as (Acting) Commissioner, to my complaint. Child Abuse is a repugnant aspect of society and to fail to address all information that pertains to assisting with the protection of Children is a priority of every professional agency - at least it should be, unless of course you think it is acceptable to abuse Children, unless of course you think it is acceptable to protect paedophiles and predators, unless of course you think it is acceptable that legislation that is in place to protect Children is circumvented and unless you think it is acceptable to destroy the life of the Teacher who obeyed the law and adhered to her professional training.

I hope you address my correspondence and the information contained within as a priority. I would make myself and all my documentation/evidence available to assist you and your office. I will continue my journey with or without your professionalassistance.

I may have added "Now that you are made aware of the problem and that you are requested to help directly, I presume that you know that you are legally responsible for giving this help or for the conséquences of refusing it. Laws may be circumvented at the moment, but there will be a time, in Autralia, where those who did not react to this injustice and kept children in dire and dangerous circumstanes will be prosecuted, as this is actually happening in Britain.

So please, for the welfare of everone, for justice and for the plain spirit of doing good for all, I request, once again, your diligent help."

Or someting of the kind. I am not English speaking, so turn it into better phrasing. But one thing for sure, before making any government employee feel compelled to get involved, you have to make sure their motivation is very high, they are usually weak and afraid of a fly on the wall. So your fly must be larger, while their ego through "benevolent" helping is flattered.

What will happen next: next to nothing. These children are most probably involved with much higher people who do not want you to put your nose into it, such as satanists, high up free masons, high up polticians or businessman or the mafia (italian,russian, name it). This is a tough ride for anyone involved including any government employee.

Thank you for responding Flash and showing an interest in my situation. I have already sent the correspondence so I cannot incorporate your suggestions. I am aware of the issues that you mention but I have come so far in three years that I need to complete my journey and many people are now insisting that I do not stop. As for government employees - yes they may be placed under undue pressure but the fact of the matter is - when enough people stand together - there is nowhere to hide for those in positions of authority - who participate in the circumventing of legal processes.

All I know is that I have kept every document generated over three years which locks people into their actions. I will revisit the first draft of my book/recount and add to it as I now have access to evidence that I have not seen. Evidence that has been relied upon for the three years of my journey.

I will - at some stage - make my book/recount available on line for free - complete with identities. At present the first draft is available on line with all the identities removed. Uploading my book/recount to the internet - complete with identities is my last option. Copies of my book/recount are with trusted friends and professionals in several Australian states as well as copies of documents with people in several countries.
