we are still getting aftershocks here...around christchurch new zealand...a month after the 7.1 we have had 1400 aftershocks...yesterday a very shallow one at 5.0 strength,,,enough for another good shake of my house...the pacific plates are very active now with quakes happening in many pacific islands...things are shifting
