Wow, looks like my 2007 drawing on a blue binder I had when I did live community radio. Octopus was attached to the banks, and the banks had trucks towing away sacks and sacks of tax dollars and recycling them into the weapons and wars, where the bankers dutifully trucked it all back to the octopus.

Amazing.

I have heard James Corbett do some interesting programs on the Octopus, and it is a complex story and has ties all the way up to 9/11.
