WHAT really bugs me about the whole situation re nuclear reactors et al...

IS.... if you are going to create a device that generates energy that requires containment and coolant WITHOUT FAIL ...then you as a qualified creator/ builder of such a device would have to ensure that the said device WOULD NOT FAIL ...EVER ...UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES...NO MATTER WHAT.

IF the said device FAILED and YOU as the said creator / builder / approver etc were responsible for THE ABOVE in any way shape or form due to design flaws etc.

THEN

I would think under any circumstances that YOU WOULD have to take responsibility IN A HUGE WAY...and help to solve the current issues WOULDN'T YOU MR GE...?

You nailed it, friend! Mechanical devices always fail eventually. Those which involve extreme complication and constant maintenance are prone to human failure. Ergo, they will fail. This isn't esoteric knowledge - it's a no-brainer, and those who founded the nuclear industry knew it. But there was money to be made, and they had governments in their pockets. 'Nuff said?

I believe that not only did they KNOW that the plants would fail, but that they were COUNTING on it. Most, if not all, nuclear plants are either on or very close to major fault lines. Then, when you factor in weaponized weather... Well, let's just say that it's not that much of a stretch to say that these plants were intended to be used as weapons. After 3 mile island, you'd think the elders/stock holding baby boomers of profit only, would have checked their environmental stocks or weighed the consequences of human greed and failure, to having the world for centuries be irradiated and tumor ridden then collect on the toxic treatments making millions?

Of course they thought of it, after all they love chaos, and this is chaos, while they run for shelter. Hiring more and more unskilled labor to run high tech with no oversight, will always do this. They/GE knew this was the reason the amount of nuke plants built in America were limited with the Yellow stone volcanic risk as well as earth quakes in California. Hurricanes in Florida, and sink holes. Baby we gotta have help from above by the Divine. No other answer and we must ask for God's help, after all this is HIS heavenly body spirit Earth, and as creator, i'm sure he knows of other disruptive radioactive times in Earth's history, even if we don't. Tptw will never tell us if they have a stop mechanism and or plan, they want the resources of this planet in their hands and theirs alone for the new age, but their thoughts have wrought karma and they will be the radiated ones, maybe giving the word "illumined" a new meaning in their timeline.

They did that, it's called a LFTR (Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactor).

it ran for some 10 years in the US during the 1940's. but it didn't produce enough refined plutonium to be highly profitable like the current nuclear "power plants" (ha! they aren't really for power....).

Blame human greed on this one. nuclear energy is safe and the only sane alternative to energy needs.
