This is a small building. But the effect is chillingly similar.
The actuall implosion is at the 26 minute mark. The rest of the video is of city employees milling around.

This one is of the JLHudson building. Hudson's eventually became incorporated into Macy's. I live in the Detroit area. When they did this we were covered by the fallout for days. A very heavy red dust covered everything.

I used to live in Flint. My Ex-Father-in-law worked on that building. They need to do that to the rest of Flint. Worse, by several orders of magnitude than Detroit.
