Dutch Queen Beatrix has asked the leader of the Liberal VVD party to form a cabinet backed by the party of anti-Islamist populist Geert Wilders.

Mark Rutte will now head a centre-right coalition with the Christian Democrats (CDA).

The minority cabinet will have support of Mr Wilders' Freedom Party (PVV), which will remain outside the government.

Wasn't he admitted in a 2nd attempt ? This is also the guy who held a speech at ground zero. And by the way he stands trial as we speak.
But I doubt that the UK/Dutch relationship will suffer. I've seen a video quite a while ago (and unfortunately lost the link to it) about a British Admiral
who found out (amongst other things) there was a deliberate program to put mosques in crowded areas so people would stand up against Islam.
He left the navy and was ashamed that his country was involved (Anglo-Saxon mission ?). (I think the video was about Common Purpose or so).

It looks to me like this program is similar all over Europe so I'd say this only bonds the countries together (in certain circles).

The only thing we can do about it is ... spread the word
