"He was Canadian minister of Defense in 1960s, ruling over the country’s armed forces during the time of the Cold War – and when he retired he publicly stated that we are not alone in the universe, and some guests from outer space actually live here, on planet Earth"

he seams to be one of them...

it would explain how he spills the beans and is still alive ...what better position to have for an ET , than defense minister for a country known for peace rather than War ...

"seams" ? What an interesting choice of word! On what basis, praytell, might you arrive at such a conclusion? Did you notice, perhaps, some of his stitches coming unravelled? Or an errant thread or two of his well-tailored puppet persona rising into view? Having studied the man in the video quite minutely, I can only claim that, in my mind, he seems to have been cut from whole cloth. The whole, indeed, seems to signify a being woven with integrity, intelligence and compassion.

As to your impression, I am nonplussed.

I loved how you wove that reply together. I saw the spelling and "buttoned" my lip, but am glad someone else knitted together a skirt of a reply. ;)

Hellier had no exposure to this stuff, as he says, until after he finished as minster of defence under Pearson.

As a fellow Canadian, I can assure you that the alien presence here wears parkas that seam to be needed...It's too cold. Underground bases here are...well...I know of one, just one, and last time I checked it was difficult to access in winter.

What he "is" demonstrating is good old fashioned Canadian common sense: he's taking his experience, he's sharing it, and he's not afraid to make some money while helping people out. That, my friend, is Canadian, not extra terrestrial. ;)
