On a happier note for this:

Bank of America halts all foreclosure sales

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Bank of America is halting foreclosure sales in all 50 states as part of a widening investigation into flaws in the process, the company announced Friday.

The announcement came a week after the nation's largest bank said it was freezing home foreclosures in 23 states where foreclosures must be approved by the courts. Friday's announcement by Bank of America extends a review of foreclosure documents to all states, regardless of the required legal processes.

As I have previously stated THIS is the issue to watch, this is the tidal wave that threatens to overwhelm our economic system. One of the most aggressive and knowledgeable commentators on this issue is Dylan Ratigan. He does an excellent job and cuts right to the chase. It is truly miraculous that he is even permitted to express his views, though he may serve a practical purpose as a safety valve. He said it very well in response to his own rhetorical question as to why the government is not doing anything about this issue: because it would open up a can of worms, revealing corruption and criminal activities at the highest levels of the government and financial institutions - HELLO as if we do not already know that is the case! We just don't have the specifics! The government is a criminal enterprise.

The One - OK, do you mean you don't believe some truth is sprinkled amongst the lies? Just because Bill Gates (Microsoft) owns MSNBC doesn't mean there are not some kernels of truth to be gleaned from the chaff............................the entire story about the mess we are all in because of the banksters' speculating - all segments of this story - barely even begin scratch the surface of the extent of the problem.
