Good find and very interesting indeed. Four points are noteworthy in relation to the second part of the video (about 3 minutes in);

1) As the orb transits the panel it appears to be following the exact path of the shadow made by the arm/gantry which is fully exposed to the sun. The shadow of the extension at the end of the arm/gantry can be clearly seen in the shadow on the panel, before the orb obscures that part of the shadow.

2) The orb does not appear to cast a shadow. It is possible that the short distance between 'orb' and panel makes this difficult (or impossible) to discern from the given perspective.

3) It is clear that the orb is either emitting or reflecting light. This appears to be reflected light as there is no increase in albedo obvious on the panel behind the orb and these are in close proximity.

4) There appears to be a shadowing effect on the left side of the orb throughout which seems to be caused be a light source different to the shadowing shown on the space station itself.

My call is that this is either some sort of lens anomaly or a hoax.
