I do alot of foraging and mushroom hunting and mushrooms are incredible notorious for being a sponge for environmental pollutants, its important to do a bit of research about the places you hunt to know what was, and what still might be hidden underground.

I believe heavy metals are a big problem linked to cancer, arthritis, fibromyalgia etc. I know there are some threads and links here in the forum with liver cleansing and probiotics and the gut. I have heard of some similar work. Has anyone heard of Dr Jensens 'guide to better bowel care" it is a deep tissue cleansing protocol. I have also heard of a few other similar methods. 7 days on apple juice alone. 7 days on lemons only. Heard this one recently helped someone with Lyme disease. Helps get rid of toxins in the deep tissues. Also water only which is hard for 5-7 days. Epsom salt baths too.
