spirit or body?

Where are we as spiritual beings with body connection? are we body or spirit/ or both? Do we exclude spirit for body? do we connect with spirit/ or only body? Dicuss?

We will be spirit forms in a material body for at least 60 billion years ... The connection part is up to each individual to learn to quiet their mind and hear their inner voice ...You connect with spirit every time you sleep ... your spirit form takes over and does what your material body cannot ( travel to the future , dream , and heal ) ... after another 60 billion years you become half spirit half material , after that you become a spirit form that no longer needs a material body , then you merge with the creation ...This is a creational law , the law of re-incarnation ... a slow process , dependant on the individuals effort to learn and grow and live in harmony with all things ...
