this quake was shallow and it hit near the top of the hour at 12:01 AM....IE : the signitures of a harped event .

THis was an engineered quake IMO......it also hit on the 4th anniversary of the killer Haiti quake,.....

The Tower of Babel

11 Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. 2 As people moved eastward,[a] they found a plain in Shinar and settled there.

3 They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. 4 Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves [B]a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.”

A local resident on the Island of Puerto Rico, with whom I spoke, reported it went on for a "long period of time", "a most unsettling experience"..

The local also mentioned for each of the aftershocks he was not able to feel or even notice. He did not report any sensation of it being a "weapon", no precog on the event. I spoke with him on Wednesday, two days after the event.

No significant damage was reported. But the shaking did knock objects off the shelves.
