Soren Dreier: Four Habits Of Happy People (http://sorendreier.com/four-habits-of-happy-people/)
A good read. Dreier identifies the areas of work, play, love and spirituality. We need to develop healthy habits in all these areas. Work should be fulfilling and beneficial. Play is necessary, but we need to distinguish between childlike playfulness and childish selfishness. Most of us take a long time to develop healthy habits in love. And it's hard for me to imagine how anyone could be happy without spirituality. I don't identify prayer specifically the way Dreier does...I know too many unhappy people who pray. But certainly communing, sharing, supplicating and thanking a being bigger than we are is a healthy habit.
